Have lower power battery I called they changed My battery on semi truck Guy never cut power to truck when he was changing batteries after change trying turn truck and 2 codes appear truck never turn on now I paid over 1200 for battery and labor which is ok with me when truck don't turn on h mechanic went to get computer that cost 25000 and fixed my truck I asked that if I can talk to he's Boss and he got upset all I wanted is too ask he's Boss for little discount since I think they made mistake by not removing power to computer when manipulated battery I asked cuestions on application ask cuestion live mechanics they agreed that manipulated battery might cause problems with computer mechanic said goggle mechanic are just programmed to answer

I don't normally write reviews but for this one, I am forced to share my experience about this company and the mechanic Antwan. My driver broke down in Nashville and we tried calling roadside service companies, all we got were promises without show. One company known as HIGHWAY RECOVERY & REPAIR (Don't even bother engaging this company) scammed us. I finally managed to get a hold of Antwan, which I wish I found him ealier, and he engaged me for quiet sometime in order for him to understand what was happening with the truck before he went out. This is a man who, one can tell, is NOT money driven BUT service driven. Within no time, he went out and fixed the truck. May God bless this guy and his service to those who are in need. Very nice guy.

I contacted them for a trailer tire repair and was informed that I would have to wait 90 minutes for their service to get here. However, after waiting for over 2 hours, they never showed up. I repeatedly called back, literally over 20 times, to inquire the delay, as my drivers had a load to drop off and we were left waiting for so long. They never answered and even ended up blocking my number. This was a complete scam and I strongly advise against using their services. Their customer service was extremely poor and I had a very negative experience with them.

They just charged me $479 for absolutely nothing. I told him exactly what’s wrong with my car. I known what’s wrong with the car because I had the same problems before, he said they can fix that. When he came he told me they can’t fix it, and I have to take the car to the shop, still charged me $479 for just coming down. He fixed absolutely nothing nothing, they only worked on the car for about 15 minutes and then went to the gas station for 20 minutes. I’m beyond disappointed. Only hire they If you have $479 to just give away .

Stranded in Nashville at The Opry Mall on a Saturday morning In a Motorhome. Called multiple mobile diesel repair, everyone told me Monday morning before service. Called Terry, we’re at our site in 1 hour, quickly found issue and repaired. Individually owned and operated. This was a weekend call out, Terry did give us a discount. Thank you ALL STAR FLEET

Their charge is too high. Charge me $1800 for 1 hour job and 1 tensioner and 2 belts. Also lied to me the tensioner is $700. But Dealer price is $390. I am 45 minutes away from them. The price is too much. Will never use them again.

Overall they were quick I needed all new brakes on trailer and they got us in and out in 2 hours for a good price shout tout to them

They did brakes for $1500 and after 200 miles we lost the wheel. They over tight nuts and refusing reimbursement. Don't use them.
