went for a estimate on a cruise, was told there is booking fees. Booking fees are fine as long as the benefit of booking with them would be better than booking by myself. It wasn't, i believe i got a 120 dollar discount on a cruise with 100 dollar booking fee as an estimate. Meaning if i booked myself i would onlybe paying 20 dollars more while over agencies save you over 100-200 easily with no fees. Also asked for a quote for prices on a cruise and they went ahead and applied my FCC and tried to completely book it without advising me until it was time to pay. Now RCCL is giving me hell because these guys applied my Future cruise credit on a cruise i didn't approve NOT RECOMMENDED

Offended by my experience. Called to make a simple enquiry about travel from Los Angeles - Lagos, Nigeria. 'Patrick' concocted a story that they don't cover international travel, (which seems laughable for a travel agency), then it switched to we don’t cover travel to Nigeria because of the fraud, then it switched to we can only do business with people who are known to the agency. All before I'd asked my question. I’m not interested in doing business with them and my question was answered politely by the next agency I called. However, I’m pretty sure that’s an illegal level of discrimination and I certainly only have negative things to say, on the basis of this interaction.

Teresa Chilton has been our travel agent for almost 15 years. Simply said she is the best. She is extremely helpful in planning our trips and getting us insurance for them. Whether it is fining the best flights or hotels or locating unusual and exciting excursions, she can not be beat. our last trip she found an excursion to Ephesus that included visual reality glasses, which much enhanced he tour. And the best part was that there were only 4 people in our group rather than the ships’s tour group that had almost 40 people. Thanks to Teresa we have had many wonderful trips and with her hope we will continue to check things off our bucket list.

We loved this Viking cruise. We went up the coast of Norway, seeing all the quaint, colorful towns with trolls everywhere. We crossed the Arctic Circle and went around Iceland, seeing wonderful wildlife. We went on a RIB boat to see whales and did we see them. So close, one swam right along side our boat underwater. I could almost touch him! I took over 150 pictures of whales in about 90 minutes! Continued on to a couple of stops In Greenland and Canada before finishing in New York. Highly recommend.

I am vision impaired. I did walk in to office. Stated, l needed agent to help me get round trip flights to CGY CDO Cagayan De Oro Philippines. She handed me card said agent that works from home. I said mam, l am vision impaired. Sorry we couldn't help you! Being a Disabled Combat Veteran has it's challenges. Not a HappY CampeR. Not even a solution to problem or suggestions. We booked a trip to Vegas with Matt M and he was awesome. He handled our entire trip from flight, to rental car, to hotel to shows. It was so nice to pass that responsibility to somebody as competent and timely as Matt. He was also there for us the entire time to handle questions and deal with travel logistics. We have also used for last hotel needs and he always comes through! Highly recommend!
