This is the Greyhound bus of airlines! By the time they nickel and dime you to death you pay what a quality carrier charges. Btw.. it doesn't stop after buying your ticket they charge you for food and drinks on the plane. No in-flight wifi either.. ZERO!!! Terrible check-in process because you wait in line for 20 min just for a checked bag. I tried to get a refund for a carry-on bag I didn't use and they said no refunds. 40 lbs limit on a checked bag so you get charged extra. All other airlines have a 50 lbs max. The seats are hard plastic, don't recline, and have a seat cover that provides no extra comfort. Plane was dirty and bathrooms are gross. Baggage claim was a mess at my destination... Half the plane got their bags in 10 min but the other half came out 30 min after that. Never fly this airline it's a joke and if they can't get customer satisfaction right I would hate to see how well they service their planes. Probably JB meld and bailing wire!!
This is the most deceitful airline . I spoke with customer service yesterday. After a 3 hour hold, I was advised that the website and app were undergoing an upgrade, therefore I should check in at the counter. I asked how to go about purchasing tags for checked in luggage, because I did not want to pay the higher price at the airport counter. I was advised by customer service that in light of the ongoing problems with the website and app, staff at the counter would honor the online price. Well.... it did not happen. It cost me more to fly my luggage than my family. $75 per bag, despite showing the counter staff that the app and the website were still not working. They took $5 off, and lied, stating that the online price per bag is $70. ... I will be speaking with an Attorney for this type of misrepresentation and deceitful business practices
What do you expect for how affordable the price is. The seats had more room than larger airlines and you can take your own snacks on the plane if you must eat. The flight was as good as any other plane that size. I have used them 4 times and it has been just fine. Larger flights like to Hawaii or London are of course better but not in the same category to judge against. As for the baggage fees not being refundable, we’ll they tell you that on the phone and website so I don’t expect one if I ask. They get 3 stars from me due to the customer service. Kind of rude at airports and 2 or more hours is usual wait time to speak to someone on the telephone.
I just picked my sister up from the airport. The same airport. She went to this morning to return home. She flew into Mesa Arizona with no problem. She has twins and one twin sat on her lap and one twin sat on her husband’s lap. Things were great. When they attempted to return allegiant decided arbitrarily to not let them have their kids sit on their lap. They did not give them an option to buy seats for them. They only gave them an option to fly back 2 1/2 weeks later or refund her money. Seats were already purchased on this flight. Horrible way to do business. You don’t expect much from the cheapest airline, but you do expect better than this.
DO NOT get a rental car through them. If you return the car earlier they will not reimburse you for the remaining days of the car not been used. Get the deal straight through the actual rental company! Poor customer service, cheap pricing.
Plane landed on time at 1130 pm but sat on the tarmac as there were only 3 ground employees working. 4 planes on the ground waiting to unload. Actually unloaded at 1 am but I bet they still consider this as an on time flight status.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE who wouldn’t extend voucher expiration because i had health issues and couldn’t travel. Don’t bother wasting your money with these guys! They charge you for everything and wouldn’t even help when needed.
Worst Airline ever! Don't waste your time with their app because it will only infuriate you. I lost over $100 because I could not change my flight on the app. Ohh and forget about customer service, it's non existent.
I likes this airline because I can get to where I need to go in a couple hours. But the seats are so close together and don’t recline. You have to buy your snacks and pay for most every piece of luggage you take.
Wow you don't open the check bag window until 2 hrs before scheduled flight, then tell everybody oh hey your plane is already here, might leave 1.5 hrs before scheduled time lol you all are methed up!
Absolutely HORRIBLE BAG FEES. $75 for a carry on and $450 for a round trip flight. Will NEVER fly your airline again!!!!!!

Nice friendly staff from start to finish on both trips from Grand Island to Mesa a d back.
Missed plane due to no fault of my own and they won't issue a refund or let me reschedule
