Allegiant Ticket Counter: Jacksonville Airport (JAX) I flew from Jacksonville back home to Flint, Mi on March 20, 2023. I arrived for my flight and had already checked in online. However, when I arrived our flight had been delayed 3 hours! Well I tell you what...the professionalism of the male supervisor on duty was AMAZING! I mentioned to him a couple things regarding me needing to be close to a restroom & low & behold I got upstairs to find out that he cared enough to help! His smile was contagious and he truly listened even though he had customers asking all kinds of questions that he had no control over. God bless you Sir I hope someone reads this, looks back at the date and see who was working that night and tell him great job! I didnt get his name. I just remember that he was an African American Male who was flawless under pressure! Thanks for are quiet chat & your support.

3 employees work the Jacksonville fl terminal. So when they lost our bags containing our 2 year olds nebulizer and medication on a return flight to jax it took a hour and a half just to speak to one of allegiant's contractor employees. The phone line provided dosnt result in a live person its just a voicemail box to let the small amount of allegiant personnel sift through while you remain struggling for answers to the location of your checked bag. So now we are bagless with no clue to the location or status of our missing checked luggage. All we can do is leave a voicemail with allegiant hoping they will follow up and return our bag at their convenience. Its definitely worth the discounted airfare if you have no timeline to uphold or conserns over your personal property.

Allegiant is an awful company. I booked a trip through Kiwi.com ( who is equally as bad ) and Allegiant cancel the first flight of the trip I booked which included three other flights with another airline. Well this cancellation was in very short notice. Allegiant did refund my money but it was only after about 20 calls fk from to them and Kiwi.com. I still ended up losing the money for the other flights with the other airline because they don’t know anything about Allegiant or have anything to do with them so it just seemed like I canceled my flight for no reason. When Allegiant was the airline that ruined my entire trip.

What a pleasant surprise my recent trip with Allegiant was! I needed to fly to Orlando for a long weekend work trip and I was apprehensive about booking this budget fare, knowing that everything would be an upcharge, even carry on bags. I needn't have worried. While the service is streamlined and efficient, it is still good. The attendants were friendly and the plane was on time. Speaking of the plane, it was modern and spacious with extra wide aisle space and comfortable seats. And it wasn't a tiny little Buddy Holly killing plane either! I will definitely continue to fly Allegiant.

Overall our flights were good. The first leg, we were heading to Jacksonville international. The stewardesses were not the friendliest. When I ask one of them to repeat the drink choices, she very short with her responses. Coming back home from Jacksonville, our flights were delayed which I feel is a normal thing but there didn’t seem to be enough staff to answer questions or check bags. We had to wait a long time to check one bag. I think the price is right but hope they can make some changes in the future.

Cast is VERY rude, saw a lady stealing from the snack cart they did nothing... They flagged my bag because of gummy worms . If I could give this 0 stars I would. I was stuck at this airport for 3 hours what a waist. Not to mention the food prices… they are through the roof! 5$ for a water NO way!

I get the price is less, but the time lost and the frustration gained is not worth it. Also, this airline is well known for not having staff while delaying flights until they inevitably cancel on you without a heads up. I will not be using Allegiant ever again. I can’t do this anymore.

Allegiant airlines is fairly priced and the staff is usually very friendly. They've been experiencing a lot of delays lately due to technical issues, but i got a full refund AND a flying credit for the inconvenience.

Worst airplane I've ever been on. The seats are like folding chairs with a little bit of cushion. I would never fly it again, I don't care how cheap it is. Like the old saying goes you get what you pay for.

Our plane has mechanical issues, so they are bringing in another plane 5 hours later without compensation. I forgot. We did get $8. This type of service doesn’t lend itself to frequent flyers

Spent 50 minutes on the phone to find out that they wouldn't change my son's flight for free even though it was due to a site error. So that $75 fee is sending us back to Southwest.

Allegiant cancelled my flight and refuses to refund me for the rental car I bundled with my ticket. They cancelled the flight do to "staff shortage". Horrible customer service!

Swear to god you are the WORST airline I have ever seen in my life. This is my first and last time. Delayed more than 3 hours and still did not depart yet!!!!!

I'm pretty sure that the only people who like this airline are the employees of Spirit airlines, because Allegiant has now snagged the title of worst airline.

Value flight 2 hours late and luggage at Baggage Claim took almost an hour after flight arrived. It’s what airlines are now days …
