Just renewed my insurance today. Usually I’d go to Maple Ridge (where I grew up) but turns out my insurance was expired and I didn’t know it. I walked my roommates dog down the street but there was no where to tie him up in the shade so they welcomed the dog and I in without a problem. They are a family business with great customer service. They made my experience comfortable, fast, and easy. They were kind and understanding when the dog barked, they even gave him a treat because they love animals. I will be going here whenever I have future insurance needs. They deserve all the stars.

I came here randomly to replace my peeling licence plate since we were just around the area for lunch. I didn’t expect much though, thinking most autoplan/insurance places are the same, unfriendly, from my previous experiences. I was wrong, they were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They are also great with kids as ours took their time picking out a plate from a big stack that they had and even gave them freezies after. We enjoyed the visit as a family and definitely deserves more a than 5 stars on Google!! Thanks!!
