This place is a reflection of what nuanced engineering can create!!This was an alley before y’all !!!. Although the space is narrow, the set up works perfectly with the space so it doesn’t feel closed in! The seating is ample, the music gave an Afro inspired house genre feel (if that makes sense) and the food! GIRL THE FOOD! I love love love seafood, and although Ghana is a coastal country it’s like impossible to find proper seafood, but Alleybar quenched my seafood thirst. The seafood plate I had large prawns, squid, calamari, scallops and delicious herb flavoured mashed potatoes. I can still taste it ❤️. I’m sure come December it’s going to be rammed with people so if you can visit it now please do so, so the authentic ambience isn’t altered by the December crowd.
Visited here on a Saturday night/Sunday morning. When I pulled up outside I thought it was a concert venue or a night club. Inside the bar area was packed, great vibes. A double shot of baileys and a Guinness came out to be 45ghc. There is a less crowded area next to the bar, a repurposed garage, lots of space and high ceilings. Outside there is a lounge area with tables and hooka service. The DJ played a great mix of afrobeats, hip hop, pop, and reggae. The crowd was very receptive, even though many were moreso engaged in their social media. I would guess the average age here was between 20-35, but the 6 people I was with were aged 49-50. Figure that out.
Hosting a lot of street thieves at night time when party happening, they pick pocket my phone and at least 3 or 4 friends like me that i know last year and i stopped going there anymore. Yesterday i followed my friends to go and have a good time with them, and get into the place and gave my wallet to my girlfriend to put her bag and zipped it, after a while later we realised they stole it while she was having her time from her bag. They put 15 security guards just to show off. They did nothing to find or secure peoples belongings and allowing those thieves inside. Very poor management.

I visited on a Tuesday night so it was quite chill with only a few guests. The customizations of popular conventional cocktails at this bar is something I found rather intriguing. The Alomo fashioned, for instance, is a twist on the old fashioned cocktail with local alomo alcohol in addition to Whiskey. Per description, it delivered quite the punch! Another interesting drink was the Salaga mule made with local Apet dry gin instead of vodka. I'm already looking forward to another visit.
What I loved most about Alley bar was the fact that it had such a different vibe from what I was used to. The fact that it is actually in an alley makes it a unique and exciting experience. The decor has an urban Street feel that mirrors the personality of the city. The energy was great and the music was pretty good. It is a great spot for a Friday night out with your crew. Be sure to get there early on the weekends because it isn't very big so seats can be taken up pretty quickly.
Easily one of the most vibely places I've ever been by far The atmosphere was so incredible you can easily spend hours without even noticing. The music was very good and the song selection was amazing. Everyone else is vibely and in the mood and you can't help but have a good time Definitely recommend if you're looking for a new experience or just wanna have a good time.

Hip little spot. They alley has cool mood lighting, ample fans blowing to keep you cool, and nice capable speakers playing popular music. the drinks are reasonably priced. there is also nice and green patio space outside of the cafe next door, which looked to be mainly reserved seating. minor comment would be to get the draft beer taps working again because i find the beers are significantly improved coming from the taps as opposed to bottled.
One of my favorite nightly hangout places, my go to first option for good music/vibe, good food (the grills are always on point) and lovely cocktails. My favorite cocktail is the Sobolo sangria.

Cute space, lovely staff. The drink I had was disappointing, especially for the price of 95 cedi. It felt as though it barely had any alcohol in it. While still delicious, I felt like was essentially just a strawberry smoothie which I find a bit frustrating as I ordered a smoothie from Jamestown Coffee Company next door for essentially half the price.

I'm glad I don't live within walking distance of Alley Bar because I would be here every single day. The ambiance is phenomenal. I feel like I'm back in America when I step foot here. The food is on point, drinks are fantastic and very strong, coffee is delicious, the layout is cozy but open. I bring my friends here for brunch meetings, work meetings, to grab a quick drink or coffee, a bite of lunch, etc.
Food is always amazing and on point. Service excellent. Staff are very welcoming and very clean environment. The vibe is always on point. Washroom always clean. There's always great experience leading to exceptional memories. 100/100 .

I went there on a Sunday with a friend when the place was relatively empty and we had the best time. It has a very chill vibe. The grilled chicken was delicious. I have no complaints. I will definitely go back. I simply love how there turned this alley into a dope space. The decor is minimalist and I think a lot of the furniture is Made in Ghana which I completely love.
A good place to chill and vibe after a long day or to kickoff the weekend. I and my friends stayed outside so I didn’t get to see how inside looked like. The ambience was good, the servers were prompt and responsive to our demand and the music play wasn’t so bad though we got there really early before the main DJ took over. Really good spot.
I would have given 5 stars but I was really hungry and the food took a little longer to come even though there were not a lot of people there. I’m assuming they made it from scratch ♀️. The food was good though. And they play really nice music. I’ll probably go back if I find myself in the neighborhood but not out of my way. …
Its a fun place to meet expatriates from other countries and have a good time drinking, eating or soaking in good music. The only problem was that, the servers were had to come by and also getting a table was a hussle or maybe it was due to the holiday atmosphere. Aside that, i guess my experience was close to perfect.
It was a great experience. Mixed cultural music across Africa.

This place will pass for an exclusive VIP pub. But when they allow a lot more people than the space can take it makes the whole area overcrowded. I recommend the use it for exclusive services and have a cap on the people allowed into the space.

There’s always a great atmosphere, the food is good, music great, place looks great, day or night it’s a vibe. I’m giving four instead of five stars because it always feels like you have to chase someone down to get service. Things take a while to come when you order it and you even forget about it at times.
Alley Bar is a cool spot in Accra. Located in the Osu area, this hideaway provides good vibes all weekend with a solid rotation of great DJs and promoters. The staff is professional and welcoming. The drinks are okay and the food will get you by for evening. Make sure you dance, meet new people and have fun.
As the name goes, this is an alley turned into a very decent hangout in the heart of Accra. Good vibe, great DJ. Had a great time there with some friends during the Christmas holidays. However like most places in this part of the city, parking is always a problem. Better you carpool when going with friends.
Lovely place especially when it’s not crowded. Weekdays work for me. Good food and drinks. Very good ambience. There’s also live performances during the week. Experienced it once, loved it. The weekends, especially Saturday nights are excellent for the party people. It’s fun.
Amazing for a fun Friday night out! Literally an alley, though a snazzy one. Great DJ, hot crowd, I'm told the food is good. Just needs more "stand around" pockets. I get everyone can't and shouldn't sit but there then needs to be corners to stand at. Can't wait to go back.
I had quite a lot of fun at Alley Bar in December. Music was okay (The DJ kept killing the mood) and the place was quite packed (probably because of the festivities). It's a good place to go jam if you have the right squad or if you consider yourself the life of the party.
If you want a quiet environment with few friends to jam with, then I'll advise you visit this joint midday to late afternoon...but if you want the heavy crowd, you already know what it's is....table reservations are very key in the nights also...just to get a place to sit
A very youthful bar with lovely graffitis. The DJ is really good. It is calmer during the week and full to capacity with dance and socializing during weekdays. service here is quiet fast. And The staff are really nice . If you love a crowd with a vibe , this is the place.
Alley Bar is known for their food and club/pub. A few times I have been there I have had their lunch and also to enjoy some good music with friends. Their seafood is really good with their yam chips apt potato chips. Friendly staff and ambience is good as well
Good place, stand-out architecture, nice food with superb presentation. But did not enjoy the evening ambience, the Dj was not "good". In my first experience there at the bar, the ambience didn't meet my expectations. Looking forward to another experience.
Alley bar is always charged up. Security at premises is on point, workers are super friendly, vibe is always on point and i really love it at Alley all day every day.

A narrow, uncomfortable alley that is being used as a bar, even if it has an open roof, the day light isn't good enough. You just feel locked between the walls. Shisha is too much overpriced, 200GHC, and it even didn't taste good. Will not go back again.
This is the new vibe. Have't been out in a while but, this place made me feel good again. I could say service wasn't so good because of the numbers else, that's it.

The alley transformed into a social space is an absolute plus for me. Been looking for some social places to go, this venue is great with friends and quite good when you're alone. If you're a group you'd love it here, nice ambience and communal vibe
Fun time, seems like mostly young people in their 20s, can get packed, music was okay but I think it was the dj. Nice vibe overall. The bar situation needs some severe help. The bartenders are asking another women working there at the end
Alleybar is a classy cocktail bar with a long brass bar and an open ceiling filled with hanging lamps. Alley Bar is a masterpiece of architecture that expertly blends old-world charm with modern style. On the same spot was the site of the
Honestly I didn't enjoy this place as much as I was hoping to. You can't blame me as the hype around the place had been built up well on social media well. The place has good interior decoration. I personally liked how they converted the
Love it! Definitely going to be going there for a long time. The vibe is great here. Get there early or make a reservation if you want a table - you enjoy yourself more when you do that. The music is lit and the people there are so chill
Alley bar is vibe, former plot7. More of an after party chill or add it to your from one place to the next kind of outing. Just make sure you do well to get a table unless you’re up for bar-standing.”for the regular pocket holders” …
This is a really beautiful space! One thing that really stood out to me was how different it was. It’s just so pretty and calm. They had amazing cocktails(wink) , drinks and great food. Definitely a good place for hangouts. I recommend
This is a wonderful use of space. It's literally an alley between two buildings just as the name says. It has an upbeat but casual and relaxing atmosphere. And I very much enjoyed my time with friends there. Good food and an amazing
It says a bar but believe me it's more like a club on weekends. Nice vibe, nice atmosphere just for you to party and unwind if you have to. My partying weekends in Accra are just not complete if I don't enter Alley Bar. …
Its a serene hide-out, has a good parking spot with enough security and the food and cocktails taste good. Its a small place that gets filled up on weekends and special occasions. Reservations may be highly recommended.
Quick service, however the music was quite repetitive wish we came when they had a live DJ or better music. Other than this the aesthetics were very underground and hip. They do drinks and shisha for an affordable price
Great venue, good DJs, great selection of music, decent assortment of cocktails. Love the option to either be indoors or outside or the actual alleyway as their name suggests. I chose indoors and it was a fun night
One of the best places in Accra on Saturdays. I absolutely recommend it

A real definition of a local bar; the seat, table and background music all locally made. A very neat place with sweet delicacies. If you are in need of local dishes with bush meats, that is the right place to be
Pleasant experience, got there around 9pm and it was nice a chill, music was great and it wasn't too crowded. We had their grilled chicken, slow cooked pork, and wings with yam chips it was pretty good.
Another recommended Hide Out Party-Jam Bar at Nyaniba Estates. Alley Bar. Three different sections; outdoor, alley and the jam room! Always a vibe

Nice looking bar, next door to the Jamestown coffee shop in Labone/OSU. . 12 for a small club but the first waitress quoted me 18ghc Cocktail prices range between 45 and 60 which is close to normal.
This is the one of the BEST restaurants in Accra. Food and drinks are consistently delicious, amazing music, and cool atmosphere. You will come for a drink and then stay all night …
Let’s just say besides the inspiring story of Alley bar and the owner, the servers are actually very courteous. Winnifred was so patient on a very busy night and gave exceptional service ✊ …
Service is usually swift and good. Drinks are well made. Takes a while to really get going but is a nice bar if you want to enjoy loud music which doesn't completely drown out any conversation
The food , the music and crowd on point. The waiters were nice and professional. I was there on a Friday night and it was getting overcrowded so its best to go earlier// make a reservation .
Can't help but to use the cliche "Dynamite comes in small packages" Place is compact but has all things going for it. Good vibe and feel and also the DJ's are top notch. Decent food too
It's really a very nice place..fantastic dj but be sure to go ealier so u can find a table to seat if not u gonna stand d hold night cus its really crowded with people having fun
Food, atmosphere, service, all good. Reason for low score is, nowhere on the menu is written that service charge and vat add close to 30% to your bill. Found it deceiving.
Great place to party at night with friends and family. Mostly gets crowdy in the weekend. Great music. They are strict on their no short or slipper policy. Worth noting.
Everything is great, although l would appreciate if they have a special night for 90s music and theme outfits

We had a blast, great food, music and drinks You definitely need reservations. I recommend seating in the coffee side, it's less hot and open
Lovely Aesthetic, Beautiful hospitality, Good Music and Delicious Food!! Bringing more friends back there with me tonight for live band!
Suggested by a friend and I drove the very next day .the place is cozy, good vibe, great music and very good comforting staff.
Good place to just hangout with friends on a weekday but a madness on Fridays - Saturday. Great live band music on Wednesdays
Pub. Lovely place to hang out at nights and on the weekend. During peak hours, you may need to book or reserve a table.

It was an amazing Atmosphere!!! Probably one of the best clubs I've been to in the Accra so far. It was a vibe.
