The worse reception I`ve ever seen! I waited around 5 minutes to somebody served me. The inside of the store is more likely to a rubbish recycling field, super untidy. They charge you extra if you want to pay by debit card! He did not charge me extra because I have a saving account, but it was weird (If that business owner read this review, he can clearly remember me). If you are not in a hurry, definitely it could be better to go for eBay. When I choose a local shop to buy, I expect a reasonable reception and respect as a customer, not waiting for five minutes and ignored when only one another customer is in the store!!

Allneeds go above and beyond what is expected for customer service. All Needs was the only place I visited that was able to solve a complex query relating to power cabling. They were the only ones willing to sell me a single power cable, and didn't treat me like an idiot when I mentioned modifying the cables with correct tooling to get the job done. This meant that instead of being without my PC for a week waiting for parts online, that I was able to get up and running before the weekend. They have won my business for the foreseeable future.

Excellent service, CAN and WILL talk a product over with you to suit your needs not just to make a sale. On top of that they have excellent knowledge of their range. Will give you post sale support on items to make sure you are satisfied. They'll even call you back when they say they will. Prices are at market standard. Have been shopping here exclusively and will continue to do so in the future thanks to Bill, Kym and the team. Not an employee/owner of the store, just another PC Enthusiast.

Jan 2023 got a custom gaming rig built. Liquid cooled i9 (13900K), 32gig 6400 ram, Z790 AORUS mobo, 4080 gpu, 1000w psu, Antec P101 Silent Mid-Tower, SSD + HDD. $6,500 built and delivered within 3 days. Left it a while before writing this review. 1'st PC was a Pentium 120 (1996), so I've been around a while. These guys are tops. Spot on rig, doesn't miss a beat. Very happy with their suggestions, my requirements and their available stock on hand. Allneeds definitely know their stuff!

I last reviewed Allneeds 4 years ago, and I feel like it deserves a fresh review. The staff are super helpful and responsive. The prices are generally fair and in line with the market, which is excellent for SA buyers. They're well stocked, and they are happy to find and order items that they don't have in store. I've visited many times in the past few year (I dare not look at how much I spent) and every time they've been fantastic. Keep up the great work!

Overall OUTSTANDING information , advice , technical assistance. Long time customer. Had a recent issue with a win7 computer dying suddenly. Spoke to Bill on the phone and also in store who stepped me through selecting a Win 11 computer that will do everything I was doing , only faster. Quick and very professional service. My game rig didn't wasn't working properly anymore. Spend hours to find the error myself but couldn't figure it out. I brought it to Allneeds, they found there was a error with the water-cooling to the CPU. It was fixed in no time, treated myself to a small upgrade while my PC was there, all done within a day. Some good old fashioned customer service!

Pretty good, most staff easy to talk to, good selection of products to but was served by an older guy (the manager/owner???) who while ringing up my sale was quite argumentative and asinine about the difference between visa and credit. Almost left mid sale but needed the product. I found MSY provided better service( if you know what you want), little difference in price between the two.

Bought a motherboard from them last year, which was competitively priced. Had a friendly chat with the cashier about parts for a good five minutes. They were also good with warranty, telling me if anything was wrong to bring it back. Really relaxed and friendly atmosphere. A very different experience to shopping at MSY. If they stocked every part I needed, I would only go to them.

Cheap prices. Easy website. Fast, efficient and friendly service. I bought all components for a new gaming PC, the order was ready next morning. I then had some compatibility issues which they had no obligations to fix, but replaced by PSU anyway. Very friendly customessetvice, despite me coming to there 4 times. Other customers in store seemed happy with their service also.

Very happy with the service I received. Came in five minutes before closing. Service I received was efficient and I loved the shop. It’s like the equivalent of a motor mechanics workshop except that it’s all about computers. Received exactly what I needed to resolve my problem. Highly recommend this place if your pc needs a spare part and you don’t quite know what it is.

Really helpful and answered all my questions over the phone, as well as great service in person when I came to pick up one of their prebuilt PCs, thank you to I think it was Noel who had helped me with both, helped me pick up a great screen to go with my computer. I've had two systems built by these guys. They are my 'go to' for anything to do with computer hardware. Prices seem to be competitive and there is no stuffing around. Tell em' what you want, and if they don't have it they'll get it for you. Happy customer for over 10 years!..

I go to this store every few months or at least trawl through the website and the fact that the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and interested in the customer and what their needs are is a big bonus when shopping there. Keep up the fantastic service. Highly recommended.
