I’m quite pleased with my experience; contacting customer support via WhatsApp was simple and painless, and booking a driver to pick me and my family up appeared to take no time at all. Although our flight was delayed by more than an hour, our driver was still waiting for us at the airport’s arrivals hall, which was a pleasant touch.
