Avoid this agency. I got a home and auto quote from Simran and when my policy started in the first week I received a letter from Allstate that my home insurance premium will increase by $338. I called Simran and she promised to look at it. She went quite after that and didn't respond to my text msgs. I called her few times until I got a hold of her and asked her nicely about the status, she said she is busy and her laptop is not working and she can't help me until she fixes it. I said I understand, but what is your action plan to fix the rate increase error. She replied by repeating that she is busy and can't help me now and hungup on me!!! I was shocked and furious for the unnecessary and unprofessional behavior. Seriously, all I said to her is what I mentioned above. Then I texted her that it was unprofessional and I she gave me a quote and charged me higher and I'll report it to her head office and write a review about this. She replied that I can call whom ever I want, and I can write a review if it makes me happy. She didn't seem to care for her self or office repetition.

I am pleased to write about the outstanding service i received from LUV Sachdeva at Allstate. His ability to support you all the way and his expertise in insurance makes him a top contributor. He not only understood my requirement when i came 1st to him but also developed a comprehensive plan that fits my profile. Unfortunately I needed some assistance at 7:30 am in the morning due to an emergency and Luv simply responded to my calls and assisted me throughout the process. It was because of him the whole process looked so easy. Starting from 1st day at 7:30 am till the end the process (which took about a week) he was in contact with myself thoroughly and guided me at every individual step. I simply admire his dedication towards his clients. They way he would go above and beyond to assist you as a friend and not as a customer is simply impressive. I would whole heartedly recommend this hard working, honest and dedicated fellow to anyone in need of insurance services. He is a not a agent but a friend whom you can trust with your issues and concerns.

THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY! I filed a claim with them in November following a car incident and have not heard back from anyone since.. it's been 4 months of silence. Shelby Mcconkey was assigned as my adjuster and she has ignored all my calls and voice mails that I have left over the last few months and nothing has been done on my claim. I also called the general line several times and they have said they will escalate my claim to "urgent", and yet still no one has contacted me. I can't believe an insurance company like this even exists. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want radio silence following an auto claim with no help or support from anyone.

I called them for a car insurance quote. Gurvinder Bambrah took the time out to explain to me the whole process, as well as the differences between the different types of coverages offered. The features within the insurance policy are standard across the industry, but I have never had anyone go into such detail and optimization that Gurvinder Bambrah did. In my specific case, the rates were a little on the higher side because of an at-fault in the past 12 months (it may be different depending on the profile), but at least by talking to her I could understand the nitty-gritty of auto insurance, and that held me in good stead in obtaining other quotes!

this is the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with- I got into an accident 5 months ago and have been getting charged for my total loss car ever since then despite having asked them to remove that car off my policy every single day. they have taken so much money from me and they still continue to do so - they also ignore me everytime i call to ask about a refund, or for the claim to be closed. i beg you please do not insure your car here. they will ignore you, harrass you for more money when they owe you money - be careful of these people they are evil and money hungry. all state is the worst insurance company to exist.

Update: After 4 consecutive years the service has gone downwards. Insurance is human and relationship based. The fact that Amrinder is no longer reachable and no one else to replace is shocking. I am sure there is a reason but definitely a significant room for improvement. Bumping down stars from 5 to two. I enquired on the web and directly reached out to Amrinder Singh. He offered a splendid experience in helping me procure a reasonable quote for my first car in Canada on a G license. I would recommend others to hear him out with your requirements. And for sure, you won't be disappointed.

Never had any issues with any other reps there, all are nice and professional. Just one of them who's name as I heard is Julisa was extremely rude. She didn't even wanted to tell her name properly and was talking as if she is doing a favour to me by giving me the info I asked. Being a customer and paying them ridiculous amount of money for car insurance, expecting professional attitude is not much to ask. This lady I feel has some personal issues or frustrations which she takes out at the customers. She needs to really learn customer service......

I was in contact with a gentleman working in this office and he was really good and I moved from my previous insurer to this specific office, since then he stopped completely responding to my calls or messages (full ignorance), when I'm calling the office they know I stuck with them for year and I can't move to another place so really unprofessional. My review is one star till I'm receiving a call from their manager or I'll keep reviewing with one star every time. As I'm not receiving any call from this office, my review will remain the same.

Allstate's customer service is absolutely abysmal. If you're thinking of choosing them as your insurance company, I strongly advise against it. Our vehicle was in a collision three months ago, and they have yet to respond to a single email promptly or arrange for repairs at a shop. This has been an ongoing issue for years! My claim advisor, Venus Yeung, has been entirely unresponsive and indifferent to my pleas for assistance in getting my car repaired. As a result, I've decided to take all four of my vehicle policies elsewhere.

Can’t share how happy I was and being treated over the internet but have to mention their excellent client services. Manager Thomas was never letting customers standing alone at door more than 2 seconds and a very humble man. Office is clean and very organized. Staffs are all welcoming and smiling every time they see you. Their rate might not be the cheapest in the market but I am willing to pay little extra to switch from fast food to fine dining. This is the worst insurance company you can have your auto policy with. Please do yourself a favor and insure your home and auto with a different carrier, even if you have to pay more. The worst possible claims experience. They don't respond to you, the body shop couldn't reach adjuster at all, I had to pay for rental car myself eventhough the policy covers it in full as the adjuster is not reachable and I can't get the money back . Horrible experience, even one star is too much!

This is so far the best insurance agency branch I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I've yet to meet a single person in this branch that was unreliable, discourteous, or unkind. They've even helped me with issues with another Allstate branch in the past or even assisting with general insurance questions too (even if not related to Allstate themselves!). If you're going with Allstate, definitely come to this branch! They are by far the best Allstate branch in this region.

very poor services , i was contacted by a representative for my car insurance policy renewal , once we agreed she told that i can put my name as principal driver instead of my wife without any cost impact . I was surprised to receive the new policy with 800$ extra and when i contacted them they said take it or leave it and you have to pay cancelation charges . Very bad company , they dont care about customer and they will treat you like stupid and stole money

I would absolutely give this office ZERO stars if possible. My policy was cancelled by them because THEIR agent forgot to place something on my policy. I paid 1st and last. Found out it was cancelled without knowledge until I recieved the letter. I called EVERYDAY since getting the letter. No one has returned my call yet. I was told it was escalated. It has been 2 weeks and no calls returned to me, leaving insurance in the air days before expiration.

was extremely difficult to contact my agent for such a simple request as to who my mortgage agent was.. no customer service agent could tell only that the agent on your file is listed as MISSISSAUGA SOUTH ..no contact or name. redicilous... after 10days I still have not been contacted either by phone or email.. however my account is religiously deducted... at least they know who I am

The worst service I have ever experienced. I called in to say that I'm picking up my new vehicle and need insurance confirmation. I waited and waited and nothing (3 hours). Long story short the dealership closed and I had to call into head office and pick up my vehicle the next day. Great customer service Jelysa Delgado . I hope this was worth loosing a good customer.

Simran Bains is the best. I had checked with 7 other insurers and they gave me very high monthly premiums but Simran got me the lowest monthly premium and I even did my home insurnace with them because of the really low prices they offered me for the insurance.

Terrible after sales support. My agent Amrinder never picks up the phone or ever responds. Being held hostage with them. Every time I call during renewal for cancellation, I get ghosted and charged and auto renewed. Never trust these guys.
