I’m sure this place probably is magical like some of the reviews say, but in my experience this is the most unprofessional business I’ve had to unfortunately be involved with. I paid for services in July of 2023, since then I’ve emailed them 3 times and called them countless times with ZERO luck actually booking an appointment. I finally got someone to answer and they said “oh sorry that’s not my department the person that handles booking will call you tomorrow.” Yet here I am 4 months later having wasted $300 on services I can’t use. I loathe this place with every fiber in my being and I’ve never even gotten the chance to go. I recommend setting your money on fire rather than spending it here. Either way the money goes to waste but at least you can be warm for 15 seconds. Editing this comment to respond to the owner. You did not speak to me in July because I didn’t get anyone on the phone until September. I also didn’t request a same day appointment when I first tried booking with your spa. It’s impossible for me to have requested same day as I purchased the services at 7 PM, I know that for a fact because I had just left work and gotten to the laundromat. However, I did request an appointment within 5 days when I did book in July, but I understood that sometimes availability isn’t possible last minute. That’s why I continued to contact your establishment to book an appointment because I genuinely wanted to use the service. I never got my money back because I genuinely tried using the service, and I have proof that I never received my money back. Now it’s been 4 months and no one ever got in contact with me to book the appointment, so that money went to waste. Next time you try blaming the customer for your faults get the situation correct.

I had read the glowing reviews for Allure De Vie on Trip Advisor and decided to book myself a long-overdue massage. When I first entered, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The spa itself is clean, well-decorated, and has a relaxing vibe. After I checked in, I was led to a changing area where I could place my belongings in a locker. My massage therapist was Yelly and he provided a deep tissue massage. Wow! What an excellent experience. First, he did a brief consultation and asked me which areas needed extra attention. I told him and from there, he was able to work out additional areas of my body that stored extra stress and tension. He also used hot oil and towels, which enhanced the experience. By the end, I felt like a ragdoll - utterly relaxed and boneless. After my massage ended, I was led to a dim, candle-lit room to relax. I was given complimentary champagne and delicious chocolate-covered strawberries while I listened to soothing classical music. Overall, I had a great experience and can't wait to come back. 10/10.

I received 7 sessions of fully body laser treatment and a massage service from this med spa. This was by far the most amazing salon I have ever been to. The staff are SO kind and accommodating. My schedule became incredibly busy due to work and school, but the amazing manager Carmen ALWAYS was willing to accommodate me on Saturdays and was completely understanding. I had absolutely amazing results and the staff always made me feel so welcome and supported. I live in Hyde Park, so the trek up here was quite long, but the staff always managed to understand and keep my appointments even if I was a few minutes late. Every single technician is knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this business. You will not be disappointed by the laser results nor the amazing client service. The massage was amazing too!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!

I can’t rave enough about the laser service here. The technology that they use is phenomenal. I’ve been doing laser for almost 5 years. I have PCOS and have always struggled with hair growth. I’ve tried multiple laser and med spas but this one is by far the best. The technology in these machines makes it almost painless and sooooo effective. I’ve had 3 sessions so far and have experienced very very minimal hair growth (I could probably go 6 weeks with barely any hair growth) . Also, shout out to Carmen who is the manager there, she is so informative and knowledgeable about the process and truly makes you feel taken care of. I’m looking forward to trying out the rest of their services. I could definitely say I will be making this my go to MedSpa!

I have been to SPA DERMA for hair removal and had 20 sessions that never worked, whenever I would complain they would say I needed to exfoliate which I always did. The machine did not work very good and I always left with bumps and did not loose much hair in the span of 3years. After getting a burn at my last session at spa dermal I decided to look around for another spa and that’s when I found Allure de vie. After just one session, I lost so much hair, I have zero bumps and went 4months before having a touch up which I barely needed but I bought 4 sessions so I plan to use them all. I am so happy with my results. I love this spa and I will be Sticking to them for all my future laser hair removal needs

I was impressed by the welcoming staff at this facility. The facility is very clean yet modern and very welcoming. I had my fist session of laser hair removal and I could not be happier with the experience. The therapist Roberta is an amazing person inside and out. She made me feel comfortable and the procedure was painless and very comfortable. Carmen was able to schedule me around my busy work and she is very accommodating. This facility is using the best technology for hair removal therefore I am highly recommending it. I recommended already four of my friends and everyone had an amazing experience. Everyone here is so professional and I can’t really stop recommending them. They were kind and explain the process and why it was important to have the best laser possible. my friend introduced me to this place along time ago and I’m still always excited when I have a chance to go. They are gender friendly which I do not find in many other places. Carmen is great and I’ve only had service by Roberta, even though this few moths ago, they are still the best prices and deal and the best staff in town. I have had service elsewhere and I know that this is the only place I want go to continue to go.

I purchased a couples massage and was billed 3x on my credit card. I went in personally to have this situation corrected. I was told by Carmen that she personally didn’t handle billing, but offered no insight as who did. I have yet to see my credit card reflecting the extra charge and the money refunded to my card. The Spa name is not the billing name Allure DeVie Spa &Med Chicago Top Spa LTD. The paint is chipping on the walls Truffles are old at the front desk Showers are not clean. Can’t book when ever you want because it To hard to get someone to answer the phone.

I have never in my life been handled with so much care. Every visit for laser is absolutely effortless because of how amazing this business works together. I highly recommend Allure De Vie Salon. The staff was super welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. I used a Groupon and I have to say they did not treat me any differently because I had an offer . They gave me an all star experience just being greeted and this was even before my massage . My massage was phenomenal. Julie was amazing and made sure to target all the areas plus everything she felt was needed . I feel relaxed and rejuvenated after walking out of my massage . Their laser is bad!! All hair came back after 2 years!!!! Apl laser!! Only temporarily gets rid of hair.. I did 14 treatments about 2 years ago. First 8 treatment was not enough so I had to get one more package as per recommendation of the owner of the salon. Claimed that my body reacts diferent to the laser.. claimed that their laser is one of the best. But all the hair came back now!!!! Now I have to go to a real place and pay again for a good lasting hair removal.

I went for laser treatment from Groupon and let me tell you all, this place is AMAZING. Every staff member is so friendly and professional. We visited Allure De Vie spa in October with a Groupon for a 3.5 hour spa experience. It was WONDERFUL!!! Everything from the massage, a facial, the steam room and even chocolate covered strawberries and champagne made us feel so relaxed and special. I have to say that the facial was the best one I have ever had!! I look forward to going back soon!

Allure was a great spa experience. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. The spa is clean and up to date. My husband got me the 3 hour spa experience after having our son. Loved getting pampered after having a baby. The massage and facial were both great. The individual sauna afterwards was amazing too! Very pleased will be back again!
