I did not like the attitude we got from the security guard at your hospital gate last night, Please sort this out. My mom was admitted here 2 days back and my dad got a call informing him mom was rushed in ICU before the operation she was admitted for so we drove straight to aloecrest and to find this rude security at the entrance gate who stopped us and searched my dad's car like we were thief, asking many unnecessary questions. You have a beautiful hospital and superb nurses but please sort some of your staff because anyone coming to any hospital for any medical treatment is not emotionally OK.

Aloecrest is a brilliant hospital with an amazing staff, we appreciated their ability to deal with difficult situations and keeping everyone as safe as possible during this uncertain time, from the examination to the actual procedure to the recovery. The entire staff has been a model of efficiency and professionalism. Every staff I encounter were courteous and professional, I had and excellent stay,I will recommend the hospital to everyone.

I had my wisdom teeth pulled. All the demarcation signs to send you in the right direction, so you can hardly go wrong. They were ready to take me to the x-ray room, after that they calmly explain what was going to take place afterwards. They reassured me well and guided me through the treatment.

Recently had a total knee replacement at the hospital. The nursing staff in the surgical ward were outstanding ,very professional, knowledgeable and above all kind and empathetic to me during the pre and operative.
