Alpha Care doesn't have the right talent anymore and the management doesn't care. New staff all of them are rip offs. Diamond- 0 Star. Another rip off who will say they charge extra even after you have tipped in full. Rushed and mechanical service! Update about Phoenix- This lady is absolutely worst and should be terminated immediately. Waste of money and energy. Please don't let such folks work here who are just after clients money. She is just greedy, rude and has no respect for the clients time/money etc Sarina- 5 stars. Wow she is a sweetheart! Immediately makes you feel at home and droolworthy curves. Izzy- 1 star. Sorry but I didn't need a robot add to my already miserable day. Was in a terrible rush likely because there was another customer waiting. Won't see the robot again. Average- 3 stars coz it can really go either way. I have to revise this rating to a 1 star as the attendants hurry and will finish up a 30 minutes session in less than 15 minutes !! Most attendants are same and will not care about the experience. Worst..

I went there yesterday, and now I’m suffering from back pain! My whole back is sore! One day after an awful massage service, I tried to call them to complain about my service, and everyone claimed they were managers! I even couldn’t receive the manager's name or phone number from the staff! They hung out on me several times, and their behaviour was absolutely irresponsible! They just keep calling you honey and love, but they are not giving any solution for their lousy service! I’m not recommending this place at all! There is a high chance of getting hurt at this place!

I visited today and the lady at the front desk (sam) was super nice. I had texted using the website chat and requested a particular type of outfit which was assured to me i would get. Megan was amazing. The best experience. But i didn't get the outfit so I'm a bit bummed about it. I am planning on definitely coming back but hope that if i request an outfit and I'm assured that i will get it, I want to get it in the end.

I hadn't been to Alpha Care Spa for some time and I had the pleasure of meeting Megan this week. Quite the lady! She provided unrushed massage and was not pushy about other services. True to what the manager informed me Megan is a delight to be around. Thank you to the manager for listening to my needs. Great experience! Only trouble I had during my time was the shower - low pressure and quite cold at first.

Alpha Care Spa is amazing!!! nice and quiet, not loud like the other spas. The lady at the front desk was very polite. The lady that I stayed with was very attractive. In addition, she was also very humble as well. I will definitely be back. MY RESPECTS!!!

I went here because of good google ratings. Total Rip-off !! 100$ at the door and 150$ inside otherwise nothing. They might up the ratings, but if you are new to this place, chances are you will never visit again. Girl : Julia

I went here and the pics on the website are not the girl in person I was very disappointed I will no longer be going here they misrepresented their ladies I don't normally complain but when I don't get what's advertised

Do not trust these people, the rates they had posted on the website is just to lure people. Once you are inside after paying the door fee, they will ask you crazy rates which they never had listed on their website.

I do come to apha spa to have a good time but this girl called Daniella has ruin my happiness and have made me to regret ever coming or knowing about alpha spa. I don't think, I will love to visit here again

Alpha care girls are a bunch a thieves they saw my tool got scared and ran away but the girl seemed hungry so I let her have a free 140 the cashier seemed hungry too

The worst experience, it was my first time a lady Daneila came and was so much noob even not letting me to touch her after a while she left with money

Went back since pre-covid and this place has fallen , use to love going there now with the new management I guess . Refuse to spend money here again
