Placed reservation via phone directly to hotel. The male reception on duty was very helpful and friendly. Masa call tu pun dah tengah malam past midnight. We got the last room on the ground floor. Bilik bersih dan selesa. Tak sure untuk bilik lain, tapi lampu bilik air a bit suram perhaps boleh tukar guna watt yang lebih tinggi. Setakat untuk tidur berehat, pada saya dah okay. Area tak busy di hujung minggu. Kedai makan pun ada je yang dekat. Just a note for management, lobby kena panggil Ramsay Gordon Hotel Hell buat make over kot. Hehe... Kalau buat small cafe pun okay dan offer breakfast yang simple simple ke okay juga.

A 5-star for such budget hotel : 1) Room rate is surprisingly affordable if compare to same range of hotel. 2) Good sound proofing as ALL room to room use concrete wall. Sure have a peace and quiet stay !! 3) Fire safety standard is surprisingly so complete and compliance to BOMBA requirement. Not many budget hotels fully comply to such standard. 4) Convenient as have a lift even is 3 floors only. 5) OKU/wheel-chair friendly room available too. 6) Mattress (tilam) also quite quality. 7) Heater, individual air-cond and safety locked. 8) Nearby have many restaurants and cafes. BM City mall is within walking distance too.

If you are looking for a place to stay at Perda and easy access to the food and hotspots around there. This definitely a cost efficient stay. In term of pricing, affordable. No refund policy. As for the room, average at best. A bit small but it'll do for a place to sleep. If you have kids that require spacious room, then by all means, go to others hotel like Sunway or Light. No smart TV, lots of power socket, standard bathroom, got full body mirror, sufficient amount of furnitures.

Stayed for a night at the hotel. Near to KPJ Penang Specialist Hospital. Clean, nice hotel at reasonablè price. Deposits have to be paid with cash, though. Free wifi available. Water filter with cold and hot water selection available at each level. As for food, DeBob Muslim coffeshop, a nice, cozy western restaurant and coffee just two lots away, not far from Kapitan Nasi Kandar restaurant and Hadramawt restaurant too. For relaxing, there is spa besides the hotel. Highly recommended.

'm sitting hotel alpha perda is done, but tomorrow I want to go out of the hotel. we are wrong to do some dirty cloth, but we have to make a face and lazy, we can change, we have to change. but one of us is dissatisfied with the clean seorg cleaner for the customer. the first time I went to Alpha hotel was kind of dissatisfied. Sparkling clean, cozy, thoughtfully designed and facilitated, courteous staff. However, sometimes, i feel suffocated with smoke in the room. I am puzzled on how it could enter into my room if someone next door is smoking stealthily. It is prohibited with lots of sticker reminders. Perhaps the mgmt could look into the ventilation system if they are interchangeable between rooms that got mine contaminated too.

Very nice hotel with great rooms. Rooms are spacious. Basic toiletries provided in hotel. There is a waiting area in lobby.

Excellent hotel for a short stay. Rooms are clean and fresh, air conditioning functions well, hot shower available with strong water pressure, Fast WiFi connection.. and most importantly the rooms are quiet. They even have a well maintained hot and cold water dispenser available in the stairway. Highly recommend for a short business stay.

The room although is small, but it's ok, most important it's clean! overall worth for the value. The receptionist is very friendly and nice.

Awesome hotel. Clean rooms. Ample parking space and parking ticket is provided. Would suggest the management to do something with the exterior. Make it stood up and look like a hotel from the outside. I wouldnt have found the hotel if its not on google map. Keep up the good work.

Went with family , took 2 standard rooms and it was worthy of money for one night .

bilik ok , cuma staf kat reception jelaa muka gamat , senyum Tak nak .apa tak nak .. cakap pon lebih kurang .

Though the hotel location is a little outskirt from Penang Island, i had a peaceful 3nights stay.! Other than the room towels being a little dirty, the rest was very well kept.! Staffs were friendly..especially room.service.!

Not as expected. Room is too small since it's a shop lot hotel (budget hotel). Deposit is higher than the room price (rm100). no window. Toilet clogged. The only plus point is the room is clean.

Good clean hotel. Staff are happy at their jobs. A Cosway water dispenser on each floor was really welcome n thoughtful. Strong Wifi on my floor. Lots of parking nearby.

For a budget hotel we are surprised that we had received the 'towel swan' on top of our bed when we first checked in. Sweet gesture for a couple traveller~ Recommended!

very clean and quiet hotel. highly recommended. will definitely stay again later. 5 minutes drive to uptown, less than 10 minutes drive to bukit mertajam train station

Better named it as cockroach hotel and loads of cats fur on each and every place not recommended

Servis layanan yg baikk, harga Pon okay, that pun cantik , ada free wifi ada air conditioning, tempat pin ada parking... Recommended

Stayed here for 1 night (27-28 Dec). Quite good hotel with good service. Room was okay. Towel need to be replaced, it has worn out.
