I went to the clinic to get birth control about a week ago . This is my first time at the clinic and I have a two year old, who I brought with, because I had no one to take care of her. I got told to hurry up there's people waiting to be assisted, but I was waiting in line like the rest of the customers for over an hour. I got told that I must hurry up, because she was supposed to leave at 2pm, the door was open and nothing was private so the customers waiting could hear our conversation which is personal. I asked if we could close the door and she said no it will get stuffy, that's honestly not my problem. My 2 year old was being a normal toddler, having a burst of energy and throwing tantrums. She told me that something is wrong with my child and I must see a psychologist. My toddler was running up and down and she asked can't you tell your child to sit still. Seriously? Insulting me as a mother and telling me that there's something wrong with my child? The worst customer experience I ever had in my entire life. I would let everyone know my experience at the clinic. This is unacceptable behavior.

The Go To Pharmacy If ever you looking for the best service and pharmacists with old school vast knowledge this is my go to pharmacy. 1 stop everything under 1 roof...no need to go into another pharmacy. All staff and pharmacist's, Debbie, Aimee, Aqeelah are very professional,friendly and forever helpful, never fail to take the time to explain how the medication should be taken. I prefer to pay the little extra than stand in a Dischem or Clicks and get claustrophobic and sick. The best thing is that if they short of any medication, they will deliver to the door and the medication arrives as promised. The delivery gentleman truly work as hard.

Pricing is jaw-dropping. I bought 30 Genpain a few months back and was charged R135. This was quite a shock as, at other non-franchise chemists, I paid between R78 and R84. Today I really needed anti-inflamatories and happened to be in Cavendish. I went to get Mybulen, a generic of Myprodol/Genpain. Again I was charged R135! Never again!

I visit the pharmacy yesterday morning. I was served by an Aqeelah Pharmacist. She explained to me in good detail how to use my new sceduled meds.That is something new to me.I was impressed with the way the staff operate as it was pick hour All three pay points was managed by someone and we could leave very fast.

I've been using this pharmacy off and on for over a decade. They have old-school pharmacists who really know their stuff. They're always very careful with your health if they see something might be amiss with a medication. They also recommended my GP, who I've been with for seven years. A+

I had great service and advice. The store is bright and fresh looking. This pharmacy has a great range of all kinds of items besides medication. It is situated on the ground floor with wheel accessible entrance

Their prices are so ridiculous!!! went to check for an ointment and was told it is R165, went to dischem and for the same item, I was charged R145. They are crazy for charging people such crazy prices

Staff are taking personal calls on loud speaker while customers are in the store and while serving customers who need to pay. Definitely not a great image and lack of attention for customer service.

Professional AND friendly! The Pharmacist helped me out with the solution (sic) I’d been seeking for months, that other pharmacies weren’t able to prepare! Thank you very much!

Pricing on the high side given that the exact same medication is considerably cheaper elsewhere!!! Lesson learnt i guess that not all pharmacies use the RRP as prescribed.....
