A very horrible experience, Pharmacist not knowing how to talk according to professional standards. 1stly he was on a very lengthy phone-call which you could even hear that it was a chat nothing related to business. He did not even have a decency to apologize for that when he was about to help me. Just when i was about to ask him something, he was very extremely rude in response, i then asked why with such a loud tone, is that the way to speak to customers? He then went on and on.... i told him off that he lacks professional conduct and stopped him from assisting me. He is probably stressed about “revenue” of that place. And in my thoughts he is the one who is causing it to be like that. One of an extremely horrible Professional Man i have ever came across in my life.

Have been there 3 times... Very unprofessional. On all 3 visits they don't have the Products in stock, the pharmacist (Jaco) then accuses the docter for prescribing medicine that is not available in SA. (I got the medicine at the first Dis-chem I went to). The Pharmacist (Jaco) talks so loud, no discretion when he try's to help you. He had to order medicine for me, and when I went back, he said that he phoned everyone and no one has that medicine... also got it at the first dis-chem. The front staff are very friendly and helpful.

I was waiting in the line to be helped by the pharmacist and he’s busy having a fat chat to the client he was currently helping, he already filled out the script however he was still talking. What useless service is that, it’s not a place so socialize and when you in a rush this is very annoying and after waiting for 10 minutes I left because I wasn’t going to wait around until he decided he was done talking. Stay clear from this place.

Unfortunately not very impressed with the service received. The pharmacist was quite rude and the teller had a long conversation with the lady in front of me without concern that I was waiting to pay.

Nice to experience a pharmacy where you not a number but treated as a valued client. No frills no fuss just good old service a ear to listen and great advise given years of experience ..

Staff are friendly and service is good. They have helped several times with minor injuries and given much appreciated advice when asked. Honest and reliable.

Absolutely AMAZING service. I will only use this pharmacy now. If there were 10 stars, they'd get 10 stars!
