I don't even know where to begin! This is THE car rental company to use in Medellín/Rionegro. Their service is phenomenal. I needed a last-minute 4x4 vehicle (like, I needed it immediately at around 8 pm on a Sunday night) and they came and picked me up from my airbnb to bring me to the office/car even after they were closed. Their office is in a great location 10-15 minutes from El Poblado. They are super professional and very friendly. When I got to Medellín I spoke virtually no Spanish, but they were easily able to accommodate me. They were very clear about the charges and had very competitive rates. I needed to drop the car off at the airport at Rionegro and they said it was no problem at all. No extra charge. Their communication was excellent the whole way through the trip. We did a thorough walk around together and they were very detail oriented. The car: they had a Toyota TX for me that was INCREDIBLE. So comfortable. I needed a 4x4 because I'm a geologist and am on some seriously rough roads, and the Toyota handled everything I came across with ease. Now for the real test: I left for the airport at the end of my trip at 3 in the morning. They gave me explicit directions to the parking lot in Rionegro where I could leave the car and get a free ride to the airport, including a picture of the sign and name of the company. In my infinite wisdom, I just put the location in my GPS and stopped where my GPS said to stop without checking which lot. Well, I stopped at the wrong lot and left it there. Big oops. I felt terrible. Thankfully, they were very patient and understanding and were able to get the car back no problem. I will absolutely be using them again (and next time will actually drop it off at the right place ) and I will be recommending them to all my colleagues! Thanks Rentadora Dinamica! ❤

Vivo en el exterior y siempre que voy a medellin uso esta compañía RENTADORA DINAMICA, con la gran ayuda de la señora Gabriela un excelente servicio y comunicación, tube algunas dificultades al hacer mi pago desde mi mobil debido a mi banco que no lo quería autorizar, fue un proceso aproximado de una semana donde la señora gabriela fue de gran ayuda ya que hasta altas horas de la noche se conectaba con migo para hacer todo el proceso de la reserva, 5 estrellas y 100% recomendados

Excellent service. I have no complaints. The car was in great conditions, the company was very punctual with little to no wait time and the process was a breeze. I highly recommend this company. Do not rent a car from this place. The battery on our expensive rental car died while we were in the middle of nowhere the day we rented it. We had to rent a different hotel waiting for a place with the battery to open the next day. They offered us $16 for hours of hassle and distress. Don’t rent from here unless you want your whole vacation ruined.

Sat there for an hour, only to have two international cards declined. They had to call a bank over phone, give precious transactions, and still was declined. Garbage.
