Let’s face it, it’s never an experience that anyone looks forward to. I was referred by another office. They actually worked me in so I could move forward with another procedure that I had scheduled with the referring doctor. Entering, I was nervous, anxious, and overwhelmed not knowing what to expect. Every single person that I encountered from the second I stepped into their office was friendly, warm, and welcoming. They explained the entire process before we got started and made sure that any and all questions were answered. I knew instantly that, not only was I in the right place, but that I’d be willing to travel to Austin to continue my treatment with them. Dr. Diamond, Ashley, Amanda, and I wish I could remember the lady’s name who checked me in (I was nervous!) but they were all simply fantastic! I experienced no pain, and knew I was in GREAT hands! If you’re looking for a new dental office, THIS IS IT! Schedule. I promise, you won’t regret it!

Is it normal to look forward to your dentist appointments?? Not only do I look forward to them, but I have two dentist offices within a 2-3 minute walk of my downtown apartment and yet I gladly drive to my appointments at Alta Dental. When I relocated to Austin, I stumbled upon their office on ZocDoc- I’m so glad I did!!! I have been seen by both Dr. Arif and Dr. Adjan - I’ve never felt more comfortable. Stephanie and the rest of the team make me feel so welcome and their positive attitudes brighten my day. Their office is spotless and relaxing. They even asked me what music I liked so that a pandora station of my choosing plays while I’m in my room during appointments! Amazing. I would definitely recommend this office and staff to any friend (or stranger!) here in Austin.

I had a chipped tooth and needed it fixed ASAP as I was going out of town. Alta dental was able to take me within 24 hours. All forms were sent to me via text and were able to be filled out on my phone prior to going to the office which was very quick and convenient. Once I got into the office I was greeted instantly and brought back within minutes. Dr. Diamond was able to assess the tooth provide her recommendation and fix my tooth during the visit. I highly recommend Alta dental to anyone looking for concise, quality dental care.

Alta Dental has been everything I needed from a dentist and more. The dentist is always so sweet and nice. She always tells me what she’s doing and why she’s doing it which I really appreciate. She also makes sure that I’m comfortable and not in any pain throughout the whole process. Filled in my cavities and I didn’t feel a thing! She definitely knows what she’s doing. I’ve had some problems with my teeth for the past 8 years and I’m very happy I chose Alta Dental to fix them.

Dr. Diamond and the rest of her staff are truly amazing. I've never particularly loved going to the Dentist, but Dr. Diamond not only makes the experience painless, but it's also actually quite enjoyable. The appointment times are accurate (9:00 am appointment means you will be in the dentist's chair at 9:00 am), they review all procedures with your insurance before you make any decisions and my teeth are pearly white/clean after my bi-annual checkup. Highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly and on point! Everybody was very objective and clear about what it needed to be done for my teeth. Dr. Chelsea was very kind and ordered x rays, she immediately knew what was going on, and what needed to be done! Im not from this town, but she saw me that same day as an emergency! My insurance didn’t cover for this and I was charged $50 for everything! Very affordable for a touring musician! I highly recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my first visit and definitely not my last...the entire staff is very friendly and welcoming, Dr Diamond did a great Job and worked for 2 hours straight and took care of my entire treatment in one session. The whole procedure was painless, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They take insurance and they also have payment plans. Alta Dental is the place to go if You want things to be done. A big thanks to Dr Diamond and Mandy. I'll see you in 6 months.

Absolutely Love this place! Great people and even better service. I came in a few weeks ago to get my Invisalign done and couldn't be happier with the result so far. As a college student just entering the real world, they handled my case very professionally and have held my hand throughout the whole process. For a smaller office, the top-notch equipment, care, and familiar faces made me feel like part of the Alta family from the jump! 10/10 would recommend.

Alta Dental staff is professional, friendly, respectful and available for questions pertaining to your teeth.There isn't hidden cost for dental care. They are not product selling. It is a very comfortable atmosphere. My appointment was timely. I was able to return to work timely. I recommend Alta Dental one hundred percent. The dentists are amazing wonderful caring and experienced. I had filling and implant. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

I do not recommend this practice. Billing and scheduling issues aside, Dr. Groh recommended almost $1,000 worth of dental work out-of-pocket that I learned was not medically necessary when I sought treatment at another practice. This new practice analyzed the same x-rays and conducted a new exam to confirm I did not need *any* dental work. I will never return to this practice due to this medical misconduct or incompetence.

Since the new staff came here the service has declined. They offer less insurance options and they send out super late reminders and then the receptionists do not know what insurance they take. For me they waited until I had driven there to tell me they didn’t accept the insurance they had accepted the last time I was there, and then expected me to pay out of pocket. They should have covered my visit and I wasted an hour.

Was here down in Texas visiting family, I had a dental emergency and I was recommended to Alta Dental. I had an amazing experience! The Dentist made me feel very comfortable and was very informative. I was surprised since I’m not from around here that they would be so helpful and didn’t just push me off as if I would be a waste of time. The whole staff was amazing and patient I had to leave a review as gratitude.

I suffer from a variety of mental issues that impeded me from taking care of my teeth. I've been in therapy and felt I was ready to get my oral health back on track. Dr. Diamond and her staff CHANGED MY LIFE. No longer will my teeth keep me from smiling, speaking in public and enjoying life. I can't recommend this office enough. From the front desk, to the dental assistants, everyone is so warm and personable.

I'm a new patient and really enjoyed my dental visit. I arrived a few minutes early and was seen immediately. Estaphaney was so kind and patient when I experienced a few moments of discomfort during the tricky x-ray positions. I’m generally a dentist’s worst nightmare because of how sensitive I am but Dr. Hannah Groh is so incredibly good at her job. She maintains heavy communication throughout the process and is extremely patient with me. I’ve had numerous visits and it never ceases to amaze me how kind and meticulously cautious she is when she works with me and I can’t recommend her enough.

I had a great experience. I scheduled an appointment to fix a chipped tooth. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They took x-rays and explained the costs. Dr. Groh was very pleasant and competent, explaining everything throughout the procedure, and I had my tooth fixed on the same day. And the cost was very affordable, considering I don't have dental insurance.

Was called in for appointment after over 2 hours past appointment time. Left me in chair for another hour before dentist began work. Pre-charged me for crown. After finding out that crown would take 2 weeks I stopped procedure. Took 5 days for refund on card. Nice people, bad business. Would definitely not recommend.

Everyone is so friendly and personable at Alta Dental, and the doctors and techs create a calm environment in the treatment areas. I appreciate that they make an effort to explain the treatment plans and pricing, and even offer convenient payment plans as an option, which is a lifesaver for me. Thank you!

I get anxious at the dentist but Lisa was phenomenal! She was the first dental hygienist to let me know what she was doing, why, and to let her know if I was uncomfortable - honestly she went above and beyond and I can’t recommend Alta Dental enough. Best experience at the dentist I’ve ever had!
