It's a great storage facility for being in the area it's in . I clean the east side and keep up on the trash and security of the units as far as people coming in that does not have a unit there. I' use my unit everyday for business purposes and it has been a huge help.

This is my second day trying to access unit. First time they sent wrong access code. So got the code and got into unit. Dirty, dirty, dirty! Swept up mice droppings set traps for mice, then just wanted to leave because the gate I came in

We have been renting 2 storages from Alta Vista Mini Storage for the last 6 years. We never had a issue UNTIL the new management came in. WARNING!!!!!! There are NO working cameras at this site. No security at this site!!! There is NO

We stored there for a year, and they raised prices 3 times. It was cheaper to buy a storage shed from home Depot for $218, then continue to pay the rate hike. Not open 24hrs, day time only. On site manager. Security gate and cameras.

Very rude manager. Gathered I was calling from out of town, so he wasn't interested in giving my prices. Told me to swing by when I got to town and hung up on me. Won't be renting here when I move to town.

I was able to live there for about 3 months and nobody even noticed. Very rude when they finally discovered I had converted the unit into a studio apartment with electricity and air conditioning!
