I picked up my Rx for the first time at their Kearny Mesa Rd location in San Diego and could not have been more impressed by the guidance and support I received from the pharmacist, Chris. He went above and beyond to ensure I fully understood my new medications and gave a lot of helpful tips. I'm grateful to have found Alto!

They mislabeled one of the items in a previous delivery. Their app sucks - I added a medication to my cart but then for some reason it wasn’t in there when I checked out and I didn’t notice so I didn’t get the medication on time. Trying to change a delivery on the app sucks and isn’t user friendly.

The progesterone received three days ago is a medication that is about to expire, with a shelf life of only one month. Previously purchased ones have a shelf life of four months, which means that regardless of whether the medication is opened or not, they must be discarded next month.

Love the service but hopefully can get this corrected. I have notified you before. I have a main home and a guest home; the drivers keep leaving prescriptions at my guest house. It's quit a distance from our main house so not convenient at all. Please put a note in my file.
