Several times I have been to the Adelaide shop, they have demand I put my bag at the shop door, for anyone to take, I have my passport, drivers license and all my Bank cards inside, with other things, even I have explained to them I will not put my bag at the door and carry it at all times and they are welcome to look inside, but they have followed me around the shop and been very rude and insulting, one time they demand I take my jacket off and want to see what's in my pockets, I have seen about my legal rights and next time, if they act like this I will call 000 and have a police officer with me, before they ask to see in my jacket, One time they may had made a joke and told me they are willing to do a full cavity inspection. The shop has my full address and name, why would I need to treated me in this way.

My go-to electronics store! It’s a bit of a drive for me, but I’ll always prefer this place over alternatives. They have a great selection and the crew here are very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is laid out nicely and easy to track items down. I usually will do a click-and-collect order but I can’t help with buying more once I get there.

Being an owner of a MSP i go-to many electronic stores, this JAYCAR rip off store is the worst, I was followed around while I was browsing like I was a shop lifter. Asked a question about their product and I was told ..don't know.. STAY AWAY from this over priced shonky store.

Absolutely brilliant -friendly and very helpful service from the Prospect Adelaide store by 3 separate staff right from the first phone enquiry to collection and purchase over a 2 day period. How all electronics stores should be. Look forward to popping in again..

Poor customer service. Stood in line over 10 mins no acknowledgement while talking to customer or friend about non work related things. Some people wonder why retail is dying. Wells it’s poor staff and customer service that kills it.

I love Altronics. Such a great selection of electrical and electronic components. Freight friendly and knowledgeable staff. Free catalogue, competitive prices. What more could you want. Easy parking at a convenient location.

One stop shop for all my electronics hobby needs. Shame that their Thursday hours are changing to 5.30pm close, as Thursday night is the only time I could shop here without making a dedicated day trip.

I was very pleased when Altronics opened their Adelaide store. Their range is excellent and the store is well stocked. The staff have never been anything other than enthusiastic and helpful.

Always seems to be a lot cheaper than the "others". Also the little hard to find things are to be found here …
