First of all, one of the staff was checking the girls head to toe especially if they were going to go upstairs which is clear harassment. Secondly and lastly, this was the worst time I did my hair. It didn't last for more than 30 minutes. He didn't dry my hair well. I told him that I need him to go over the roots first with the straightener and then use the curler to curl my hair and he was like I'm a professional stylist, so I know what I'm doing. He ruined my occasions and my hair. This is the worst salon I have been to.

Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié l’accueil ni les prestations effectuées chez ce salon. L’accueil est à déplorer. Quand on tient un commerce, le sourire est important, il faut savoir mettre le client à l’aise. Rien ne sert de snober (mention spéciale pour la patronne du salon). Tout le monde tire la tranche. Aussi l’épilation chez eux n’est pas terrible. J’ai les poils cassés. Heureusement que je me suis contentée du minimum. Je déconseille ce salon.

Rude Staff and Awful Service I visited this salon hoping for a relaxing experience, but got the opposite. From the moment I sat down, the employee was extremely rude. Her incompetence led to her making my finger bleed. When I complained, I received no compensation. I came to relax but left feeling extremely annoyed and angry. This place is a total disappointment, will never return and telling others to stay away.

So UNPROFESSIONAL SO RUDE!! Such a shame i even bothered myself to go to such place !! Totally Unorganized!! No reservation for an appointment policey is used & when i went like sryy Mr. Aly is done & come tomorrow!!!!

Great staff and great service! They don’t do hair treatments much so they’re not experts in this area, but other than that you’ll get more than what u asked for.

Best beauty salon for pampering yourself. All the staff are amazing in brushing. Aly khfajy is professional in coloring and cutting. I am in love with this place
