LONG REVIEW - PLEASE READ! Just over a year on from first instructing Yasser Sarwar of Aman Solicitors, and a brief moment of respite in proceedings, I felt it a good time to get a review in of my experience up to this point. If you have a Civil claim, then look no further. It’s important to note that this is an extraordinary case. It has been described by some of England’s most experienced experts as one of the most complex cases they have ever come across. When I first approached Aman, I was swiftly introduced to Mr Sarwar who was immediately keen to have all information possible to consider and offer his independent and professional opinion on the claim. At this point the claim had actually been progressing for over two years with what I am sure must be over 20 leaver-arch files worth of paperwork already existing. I had been acting in-person for the entirety. I was amazed at how quickly Yasser was able to formulate his own understanding of the claim, and how accurate this understanding actually was. He gave his honest and open opinion on the claim, and with his close relationship with a highly rated barrister, was able to form a compelling and professional tactical structure for the continuation of the claim. Yasser has built a good rapport with both clients and conspiring enemies (!) and has not been intimidated by going toe-to-toe with the Defendants’ mega-law firm, responding to every development with a cool head which inevitably and thankfully rubs off on me. I would like to thank Yasser for his patience with my nervous questions on matters of law and say that thanks to him, I now look forward to the next four months with a positivity in the knowledge that whatever the outcome, I am supported by a dedicated, hands-on and hardworking professional. Began rta claim in July 2017. Liability was accepted from the beginning, and I attended all physio and was finished in about August/Sept expecting payment to not take very long after. After waiting months I contacted Amans in Jan 2018 to ask how long it would take to be told they are waiting on the insurance company to pay out. Fast forward to March still no payment so I called again to be told on Friday 23rd it would be sent out. Wednesday 28th still no cheque called again to be told it was being sent out on that day. Received the cheque the sat after good Friday cashed it in and the cheque bounced. Called numerous times after the bank holiday leaving messages with the receptionist to be called back (Called 7 times in total) finally at mins to 5 someone was able to take the call was told the cheque bounced because of problems with the signature, Haroons signature. I asked where is Amjad I'd rather him deal with my case as there's nothing but bad reviews on Haroon. And was told Amjad was away and Haroon is signing signatures on his behalf. However the solicitors were able to get their cut of my claim money for a half done job and I'm left still waiting for the cheque. it's disgusting. Il take it as a lesson learned never use this service again.

I had dealings with Yasser Sarwar a man with no people skills or integrity whatsoever, he is unprofessional and arrogant. I will not recommend this firm to anyone, one of the worst experiences I ever had with a law firm. I agreed on a price for the work Mr. Sarwar was going to do for me. He told me to send him over all the correspondences with the party I was having a dispute with via e-mail. When I sent him the correspondence he replied back stating he could not find some information and could I send it to him and also gave me his account number for the payment. When I called him to clarify and tell him all the information he required was all in the correspondences I already sent to him. He was very rude and said he won't even open the e-mail until I pay him. Initially, Mr. Sarwar claimed he could not find the info he required then said he hasn't opened my e-mail until I pay him, what a teller of mistruths. At this point, he hasn't even looked at anything but wanted me to pay him blindly, what an unprofessional, rude money-hungry unprofessional man. His attitude and the manner in which he spoke to me put me off ever contacting this law firm again. Avoid this unprofessional man he will only waste your time.

I would like to recommend Aman solicitors to all because after many many phone calls to other firms in the surrounding area to deal with my situation this firm was the only one that explained in detail over the phone what my opinion were and even gave me the cheaper option so it's not about how much the service cost, In their eyes it's putting you on the right track and dealing with your situation swiftly As I walked into the shop I knew I was in the right place as the receptionist greeted me with a smile and made eye contact soon as the door opened she gave me 100% customer service and is a credit to the company her name is Neehma so thank you and the solicitor ASHA Mudura was briliant 100% customer service and help I got from her too so thank you so much if I ever need a solicitor again Aman solicitors will definitely be my first choice so thank you all Cordelia

These guys are thieves. "Adil" was dealing on a claim for my father from Dec 2021 til Sep 2022 Car was a total-loss from third party insurance yet the failed to pay the awarded offer from the 3rd parties insurance to him. Keeping a chunk for him self i guess. Then making him wait 12weeks for response and now resigning from his position at the company. The guy will have karma coming to him. Robbing people for their money doesnt make you rich it makes you a tramp. Leaving my father also with a recovery and storage bill aswell for over £3k His personal injury claim has also been in shambles. ** ** Avoid at all cost ** ** They also claimed for hire car aswell and my father never had a hire car . This is fruad Nothing else more to say . Fraudsters and liars. They will have to answer soon. Please comment if you had same issues from these scumsbags.

2020 I gave false information. Read this before you think of using any of their services. Excellent first consultation. gave the appropriate information that we required regarding our case. Along with a honest pricing structure and no hidden fees.all round and very helpful staff. This is all is true 2021 After one year found out this place is a joke. They come out professional. but the work they done was not even at amateur quality. Really could have done a better job myself. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST GO TO A HOMELESS PERSON YOU WILL GET BETTER ADVICE AND HELP. SERIOUSLY NOT JOKING THESE GUYS ANT GOT A CLUE I lost £1700 in fees. Where can I start, from fighting in the office and profanity against customers.. I walked Into amaans solicitors yesterday to sort out a matter with a guy called Haroon which seemed reluctant to help me for whatever reason and so I was referred to another guy called Amjad who did not seem to be trained to the job who used his phone multiple times whilst trying to discuss my case.. they did not seem to pay attention to the case, nor did they make me feel valued whatsoever. Amjad who continuously spat each time who opened his mouth made me feel sick and will never use amaans solicitors again. This feel as though I was treated this way as a hate crime as I am a white individual In an asian populated area.

The receptionist was very polite, down to earth and well mannered did not have no airs and graces like most Asian girls in a position do. She made sure she said good bye to us which left us with a good impression of the firm. Solicitor who dealt with us was very polite friendly and helpful. We got all our business dealt with. Only thing I would say offices are nice but there is too much glass and no privacy. When you are sitting in a office you can see everything. You see the mess under the receptionist desk...you see the next rooms paperwork on the desk. They should add some kind of strip in the middle so provides some kind of privacy. NEVER EVER AGAIN. The attitude and lack of professionalism from one of the solicitors, Haroon, is shocking. In the time of support you turn to, and pay, someone for their service and knowledge not to be shunned off. Wouldn't return calls. Made careless mistakes. Can't say that the other solicitors are the same but no wouldn't recommend to anyone. If you want a half done treatment come here for sure. Oh and the receptionist needs a personality transplant as she's supposed to be the first person of contact for clients and that isn't welcoming. Just saying

In 2012 i used these soo called solicitors , home office demanded further information regarding me Aman solicitors never informed me, further to this home office granted extra time to these guys to find out further information about me but these guys never informed me, in result home office refused my application, after 6 years finally i got my status in uk , me and my wife we dealt direct with home office . ( Haroon is very rude and irresponsible ) Warning, If you want to ruin your case use Aman solicitors. Wish you best of luck guys.

Very poor “service” if any. Slow response and luck of understanding by some of the junior solicitors. I had to check the draft for grammatical errors and inaccurate information. In fact, their poor representation letter and inaccurate information damaged my application. For those willing to take the risk of dealing with them, please look elsewhere. As for the business owner, please don’t try to deny any of the above otherwise I will include some of the screenshots of your letters and documents which I had to personally correct.

Absolutely ridiculous service, done a Visa application through a guy named Adal,Who had filled in the documents for Ibrar as he was off sick. Aman solicitors charged us £100 and when we chased for a response no one would give us a answer. Kept on asking for bank statements. You dont need a bank statement to do a visa application. What is needed is a utily bill. Will never use these again and wont recomend them either. It has been 3 weeks and still no response and alao refused to refund our money.

Complete rip off and time wasting. Charged me £800 just to fill the EEA FM form and send to HO. A month later the documents were sent back with a rejection. Aman solicitors said they can't help, so I went to another solicitor who charged me ONLY £150 to fill the same form and send to HO and my application was successful. They don't care about the outcome, they just want to rip you off. Will not recommend to anyone. Stay away!

Although there is a lot of positive feedback, I can't understand how. The most unreliable firm, bosting a near 5 star rating, they don't have the decency to call back especially after calling 3 times to chase them up between a 3 week period. During this time I've been seeking medical attention but I won't be proceeding a claim with this firm as they still haven't called me back. Very disappointed.

Was disappointed as my parent case was delayed by Hafeez who is no longer with business but cost me over £2000 for application and Solicitor fee not fair ! Which was poorly done and resulted in refusal costing me application fee and solicitor fee as well as waste of time !

Invoiced them on a matter via work in February - chased several times - still waiting for a call back or payment - they happen to avoid you every time you chase and promise a call back that never arrives. Obviously require lessons in accountancy and business ethics.
