I have been regularly visiting this pharmacy ever since it opened. I have been served well, efficiently, and kindly each time until today. The pharmacy was empty bar the pharmacist (one different to the woman who normally assists me) and one other person who seemed to also work there as he was also behind the counter. They continued to chat while I stood and waited for them to finish. The pharmacist finally pulls herself away from her riveting conversation and asks if she can help me. I enquire about a package that I had sent to this ParcelPoint but hadn’t received a collection notification for yet. I also let her know that Auspost had emailed me saying that the package had been delivered two days ago. She very rudely says “there are soooo many packages that get delivered here. I don’t know if yours is here or not. You need to make sure that it’s addressed here, otherwise we won’t have it.” I tell her that I’m sure that I chose this ParcelPoint location and reiterate what I said about Auspost emailing me. She then, VERY condescendingly, says “just because Auspost says it’s been delivered, doesn’t mean it’s here (not sure what she meant by that). You have to wait for the SMS for collection. It’s a two step process.” I say ok and was going to just leave it and wait for the SMS when she stops me and asks me for my name to look up in the system. I hand her my ID and she taps a couple keys and then tells me that there’s nothing here for me. THEN !! Get this!!! Then she picks up a random package behind her, glances at the name, and tells me it’s mine. She told me I was very lucky because it just came in today. She was very rude, unprofessional, and has tainted my whole experience with the pharmacy. I would not bother coming back in if she’s the one working behind the counter.

I am not sure if you have recently employed a new woman... as it was someone i have never seen before.... my partner and I have been coming here for a while now and have always received impeccable customer service and friendly advice....that was until today! I was met by a female worker with a hostile looking face..... who stared blankly at me with what appeared to be daggers in her eyes! (after later telephoning her to get her name so I could lodge a complaint I now know her name to be 'Kimmy'?... yes, I was that disgusted by the way I was treated I called for her name!) I told her what I needed and I cannot believe the way I was spoken to.... I have never met a ruder lady in my life. She was aggressive and very unhelpful and borderline nasty.... I sensed that the customer before me also had a similar experience by the way he walked out.... Not only do I question this lady's ability as a pharmacist but she definitely does not do any favours for your reputation... I think you need to monitor her carefully as I for one will not be returning to your pharmacy until her behavior has been addressed.

Rejwana, who seems to be always working the hours at the counter the times I’ve been there, have consistently been friendly and efficient. Bought a few things like toiletries but I have used them as a parcel point pickup service and return drop off many times now. Awesome and convenient. Will continue to using them now instead of getting things delivered to my office, having the hassle of going through our mail room services. Thanks!! Super easy to drop off a return that I would not have bothered otherwise btw.

I went to this store to pick-up a click and collect parcel. There seemed to be some confusion as to the parcel's delivery - where I had arrived holding a printed email that indicated that delivery to store was indeed complete. After some time the staff member concluded that my delivery was in a box (heavens knows what else the delivery would have been in as they are shipped from a Melbourne location and always in a sealed box unique to each customer).

Fatima is the kindest, most helpful pharmacy worker I have ever met! I needed a last-minute Covid test, and she went above and beyond to help me, with true compassion and support. Thank you so much Fatima, you're a lifesaver and I will definitely be coming back :)

Visiting from QLD and called into pharmacy today (Friday 04/02) to buy rapid antigen test. Service was exceptional and well exceeded my expectations. Staff went above and beyond any service I have ever received from any pharmacy.

Sherry is an absolute delight. She is so friendly and takes time to explain the prescription, she doesn't assumes that the doctor has explained it. I am definitely a repeat customer , if I have to get more meds. She is a gem.

Really friendly and helpful staff, but unfortunately really, really expensive. Possibly paying for the convenience. But the pharmacist is really nice. very convenient as an Amazon parcel point

More expensive than Amcal at Metcentre which is less than a minute away. The pharmacist even offered to reduce the price slightly which seemed unprofessional.
