This pharmacy is not what it used to be. I have always supported the Lauderdale Pharmacy since it's opening many years ago. Now if seems it has been taken over by some big business and the personal interaction has gone out the window. The pharmastists themselves do their best but obviously under pressure. Why are staff constantly changing? The final straw that broke the camels back was when I purchased a CPAP mask and the cost was approx twice what I could buy it for online delivered. When later queried I was informed that was the price, no explanation or offer of price match. Goodbye Lauderdale pharmacy. I can get my scripts a $ cheaper at Rokeby and catch up with some old friends.

First time here and never again. Wanted over 3 times the amount I typically pay at chemist warehouse and good price pharmacy for a standard script. I was warned by a previous customer about their price inflation based on their experience but didn’t expect this level. Beware

The most amazing pharmacy I have ever encountered. From the sale staff to the pharmacist themselves Daniel and Caitlyn empathise and take time to speak and help everyone.. the whole store and all the staff are a credit to amcal. I refuse to go any where else .

My husband as a northerner from Launceston, could not stop raving about your customer service and your professional and personal service you gave him in regards to his last bout of man flu. You have probably saved his job and our marriage.

So far every Interaction I have had with staff has been perfect! Ordered online and it was ready the next day So nice to go to a Pharmacy with Knowledgeable & friendly staff
