A great pharmacy, everyone is kind, courteous and helpful when you need to find an item or require help with making a decision on which over the counter medicine or vitamins. They go out of their way to talk with you regarding new medications or to check on how you are going with your medications and other health issues. They will also do their complete best to order an item that they don’t normally keep in stock or on hand. Easy to use app to order medications to which I patiently wait until I receive notification that my order is ready for collection. Keep up the great work that you do as everyone there is very much appreciated and important for our community.

Takes way to long to fill a script last week. This week the staff just stood there and looked at me, then said they couldn’t fill the script due to an error. I have never had so many issues with scripts. I’m never coming back and I’ll go see my previous chemist even though they are 30mins away. The staff calculated a 28 day interval instead of the usual 21days, leaving me no spare time to repeat the script before I run out.

I'm new to the area and have been coming to you for a year now, my only problem is why is your wait time for scripts always 15min? And with so many staff running around you'd think you'd get served straight away but it's usual to be standing there for 3 to 5 mins before someone decides to serve you? Are you so busy that these things don't count anymore? Just wondering

Owner and elderly staff extremely rude, patronising and dismissive. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere you will be valued as a customer. 2 older ladies one quite tall were saying awful things about another customer and I decided to leave. Not professional at all. Prices are much more expensive here than other chemists. Chemist on Sumners Road is fantastic!

Every time I've been there I have received good, friendly service. The last time I was there a group of about five ladies were leaving as their shift had ended. One of them (tall with red hair if I recall) turned around and told the others to go ahead as she just wanted to me first. That is the kind of service that will make me go back there.

Pharmacists are lovely. Pharmacy assistants are mostly lovely, especially Diep. It can’t have been easy over the past few years to keep things running as smoothly as the owner does - as a fellow small business owner in a health profession, I can appreciate this.

The staff member Gail is always very polite and helpful and it is greatly appreciated. However unfortunately after being a customer for over 30yrs the service is no longer what it used to be and I will be looking for a new chemist.

Peter and team are fantastic. All staff members are extremely helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to get you the best care possible and the medication do's and don'ts to achieve the full health care you need.
