Had a great turn here today. Staff was very quick to help sort out our logistics on the ramp. Fuel truck quickly arrived and the linemen and women were very attendant. The front desk service was first class. A very helpful and nice lady named Angela helped us out inside. Love the personal touch you get at these smaller FBOs compared to the consistently only average support from the “big two” other ones. Highly recommend and big thanks to American Aero and their staff.

Incredible service! One of our best FBO experiences in the entire country!! Highly recommend American Aero @ FTW. Their customer service is top notch, building and FBO are clean - spacious - relaxing & all the amenities you need. The courtesy car was a huge bonus & helped make our overnight stay super smooth. We will be returning and making this a stop on all our cross country trips!

The entire setting--from the small work room to the facilities and the seating area--is swanky. They have a well-appointed coffee and snack bar and a small refrigerator with water and carbonated drinks. Perhaps; the best aspect, though, is that no one fretted about symbolic facial covering.

One of the most cordial and accommodating FBOs I have ever been to. We had 2 military aircraft come in and they made our unit’s unexpected trip to the Ft. Worth area a breeze. In addition to the folks at the FBO being spectacular the facility itself is world class.

Stellar service. Exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. Didn’t have much time to sit and enjoy the abundant amenities since my pilot was prompt as always! Love the people here!

Excellent experience, extremely friendly, offered a very nice crew car (we didn’t request). American Aero easily earned all of my future business at FTW.

Great snacks and coffee. I wouldn't recommend calling for fuel, just taxi your plane up to the FBO and hang out until you're fueled up.

Brand new, super clean. Gave us a Volvo SUV to use for the day. Everything is really nice and staff is great. Will be back!
