To begin, I must say that it was a blessing to have found American Dream Law Office led by attorney Ahmad Yakzan. My case was very difficult, almost impossible to solve, but with Ahmad's experience we just got the first victory, which was a very good news that he personally gave me saying that USCIS reconsidered my case. Eight years ago I was declared inadmissible to the US. Before meeting Ahmad I had already hired the service of 2 law firms that all they did was waste my money with high attorney fees and at the end they did absolutely nothing for my case, with no good results, only denials to the point that I already thought that my case was definitely an impossible case. But Today I can say that I am more than halfway to obtaining my freedom in this beautiful country thanks to the great work of my lawyer and his team of legal assistants Estefania, Beatriz ..... It is SCAM . Takes the money and leave the case , neither-less to say about the errors he makes when fill forms... Please do not waste your time and money. couple things here : Unprofessional : false promises, never does when he promised to do like appear in court with client or even fill forms correctly. Unethical : he makes client sign form for non-refundable fees, and after he receive the full payment, sends generic email telling client his paralegal (or himself) are not comfortable !!! REALLY .. lately (unfortunately)found that this scenario had been practiced by this office many times . .. Please be aware and do not be next victim of this scam.

I signed up for a pre-paid 1/2 hour consultation with Mr. Yakzan. I figured that since I had paid for 1/2 hour of his time, he would be willing to answer general questions about the permanent green-card process for overseas family members. Wrong. I felt that once he found out that I had already submitted and received approval for the required forms, and that I had no need to hire him as an attorney, he lost any interest in my questions and thus the "consultation" came to a quick close.

I can't say enough about Ahmad and his team. It was a long process. But he and his team were fantastic every step of the way. From me, being in tears and frustrated and calling him and him being so kind and generous with his time and reassuring me that the process was working, to the day that I actually received my letter. He's the best. I have nothing but great things to say about him, and I would highly recommend everyone that needs this process to be completed to work with Ahmad.

Ahmad and his assistant Estefania did an awesome job. The USCIS was frustratingly slow but his office was always reassuring that we were on track. He even fixed the issue for us when USCIS dropped the ball on our case. He has genuine concern for his clients and it showed in his dedicated, methodical and thorough approach to our case. I will use his office again in the future for our Citizenship application.
