Accessibility: Fully accessible, decently spacious and decent sized changing rooms. A decently stocked and clean American Eagle Outfitters clothing store within St Laurent shopping mall. The staff here are extremely friendly and always seem happy and smiling. This seems like an amazing place to work with excellent teamwork. This store is in between two mall entrances. I find the easiest entrance is to park beside the oc transpo hub - the 2nd story parking at entrance #5 beside Goodlife fitness. Enter the mall and go left down the hall and it will be a few stores down.

Super kind an attentive staff. Made an exchange that I thought was going to be very difficult quick and easy. They exceeded themselves beyond expectations as if it was their responsibility to make sure that I was a satisfied customer, yet it was my mistake for selecting the item which I purchased incorrectly. Haven’t had this kind of experience in a mall chain store before. Not a store I usually shop at but would definitely kick it into the rotation because of this very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Not impressed. I stood at the entrance to the change rrooms or about a minute and a half before I went to get someone to be let in. then I went and stood at the cash for about 5 minutes before I just put the pants back on the shelf and walked out. On my way out of the store I saw about 4 people folding clothes to put back on the shelves, but they were all just talking to eachother. I'm in no hurry to return, and in no hurry to receive such poor customer service.

Went it with my girlfriend a couple of months ago to get some jeans. Tabitha helped us out for over an hour, was incredibly helpful and made the entire process very enjoyable. An excellent worker, with an unwavering smile that made us feel welcome the entire time. Her advice on the type of jeans I should buy was on point, I love both pairs of jeans and have been wearing them almost every day since. Can’t thank her enough for her help!

Store is clean and tidy. However, on a Saturday evening I could walk through the store Nd not receive a single greeting or offer to help... From staff that weren't preoccupied with other customers. Not really awful, staff were helpful when approached but definitely weren't customer service forward.

The staff was so friendly!! Everyone was so attentive and helped me out so well that my visit was just enjoyable all around. Selma was especially helpful and such a pleasure to be around, I really had the best shopping experience with her and the other staffs. 10/10 recommend.

A sweater in the window caught my eye, so I went in. Unfortunately neither of the two staff could find it in the store. Like that they found me a similar one. In the end, I didn't buy either. The one they found was a little out of my price range.

The customer service in the store is horrible. We were not greeted when we walked in and weren't asked if we needed assistance and when we leave is the only time when someone talked to us, to say have a nice day. Horrible place to shop.

Helpful Staff. I was looking for 2 items in a different size than on the shelf. I ask the floor staff and they looked at their phone app and said they have the item in storage at the back. They went and got both items.

Great store in general, just not enough plus size stuff if I compare with online. Employees are a little too much on customers, but its still acceptable. I overall like going there.

Very good quality jeans. Trendy clothes. Expensive but not crazy and they have a decent clearance area (that's still fairly expensive..) Employees are usually pretty nice.

Cheryl from AE (St.Laurent Shopping Centre in Ottawa) provided excellent customer service. She is a gem. I will be shopping there again in the future JUST because of her!

Not the best customer service compared to the Rideau or Place d'Orleans location but it's fine if you're coming in already knowing what you want to buy.
