With the new improvements made recently, the waiting line has reduced by half. In addition to the washing bay, there is a new auto shop where you can fix your cars and buy spare parts. That's a good deal to me. I just wish they provide the washing bay employees with uniforms because sometimes you really dont know who you are handing over your car to. On my last visit, a man dressed in a security guard outfit washed my car and I was so confused. Hope this helps.

I was cheated...apparently a general inside and outside wash is 10 cedis. My washer said 25C. I would have been fine with that but, the inside was still dusty, tyres hadnt been cleaned. I saw one guys car being vigorously washed inside and out and he paid 10 cedis. So...if you're female and obviously not from here be alert. I argued and said i would only pay 15C but didnt have any change so gave him C20. Lesson learned....i was prepared to tip well. His loss.

I hated it there cos the guys just sat and watched me drive in and I waited abt a minute before I was attended to. When I asked, I was told they have the kind of cars the boys like and mine wasn't one of such cars, hence my waiting.

The services provided here are okay. However, they can improve them. I think this washing bay should be performing at high levels...in terms of facility, and professionalism. The staff here should be trained in customer service.

Service quality is standard but too close to the main road and the rush of the workers to meet cars is not safe. It will be good to have a queuing system for clients, to provide some orderliness is service delivery

This place is manned by a group of boys who wash your car for you. They sometimes do good job though occasionally their work can be bad. Ask for the cost of washing the car before you allow them to start washing.

The manager at American washing Bay is very rude. How can I ask for a receipt and then you tell me if u give me a receipt for the service I am paying for,your sheets will get finished. I regret ever going there

The boys who wash vehicles here just be trained to be professionals. They are more interested in money that will go into their pockets than what will be paid to their company

The workers are rude and think tipping is compulsory so if you pay the exact amount charged for washing your car without adding something extra for them, you get insulted.

Excellent location for a car wash. Work was done very well. I had an issue as there were only two spray guns available and thereby increasing wait times to get car washed.
