Not a great local business to deal with. Customer service was a major disappointment and my follow ups were left UNanswered...flowers NEVER arrived to my door step (after placing the order and paying). AVOID IF YOU CAN. P.S if you’re going to add other “DUMMY” aka Google Reviews just to boost your Google ratings, please be mindful that everything is very transparent online. I noted two other reviews under the alias of ‘Yuanyuan Liang’ and ‘Jackson lim’ - all within the span of the past two days, who have submitted reviews solely to the Rose & Co franchise locations all around NSW. I mean it’s quite evident from the majority of the recent reviews spanning since Valentine’s Day, there has been quite a few unhappy customers NOT receiving their flowers to simply not being able to get through because they have turned off their phone. I just find it quite obvious or I dare not say, “cheeky” that you’ve got two other so called “dummy” reviews saying that everything has been “beautiful” - and majority (100%) of their other reviews have been created just a day ago..... just saying.......

Popped in today to purchase last minute Mother’s Day flowers and was extremely disappointed. Completely understand that there is slight inflation on these “hallmark” days but the pricing was insane. I paid $75 for a bunch that resembled something you would purchase from a supermarket. There was possibly 5 actual flowers and the rest was mostly leaves. To add insult to injury the person putting the bouquet together wasn’t a florist and the final product looked like it had been put together by me - it wasn’t well done. Think they were relatives of the owner. Nothing against family lending a hand on a busy day but best to get their assistance with customer service not a task that’s intended for a person with specific skills. I’ve purchased from this florist before and was previously satisfied but I can’t say I’ll be going back from this point on.

The Best Flowers In Sydney! I had the absolute pleasure of delivering this amazing bespoke floral creation from the very talented and amazing florist "Genevive". I've Delivered many flowers for many florists throughout Sydney before and i've never seen such Quality, attention to detail and care that the flowers get to lucky person looking exactly how they left the shop. I got stopped in the street with these they are Quality and don't look like a bunch that every has seen a 1000 times, when i arrived the whole office was in ore and when the flowers look like this yeah no red faces! Wow. Never again will I go here. I just got charged $20 for 2 20cm balloons (my balloons that I had purchased from another store) to be blown up. The lady said the silver was $12 and the regular balloon $6 and $2 for wet foam to hold it down. Mind you last time I had gone there she had charged me $4 but obviously does not remember plus she knew I was desperate today as it is late Sunday afternoon. I am all for supporting small business but not when they're take advantage of customers like this. Never will I go there again. Service and customer service. Horrible.

I'm absolutely shocked at some of the reviews people have posted about this store. This is my favourite 'to go to' florist in Leichhardt and the staff are friendly and helpful. The quality of their products is great and anyone I have ever bought a bouqet for from this store has been very pleased. And people comparing 'prices'- please bare in mind- ppl have to pay their staff and rent. rent is not cheap in the innerwest. If you support local- plz complain less or shop somewhere else

Ordered a bunch of white roses base flowers for our anniversary and they have exceeded my expectorations. It was a nice and fun process to choose other flowers and plants to go with the white roses. I strongly recommend Rose & Co Florist Leichhardt! If you know you will get flowers for an occasion (ie Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day etc), best book prior. You will secure the good price and more options for your bouquet! Thanks every one who helps me to make this beautiful piece!

Over priced flower shop. I get the same for less and flowers on Norton. Flowers are more fresh there too. The flowers are fine the owner however does not treat his customers well. I bought a 99$ bouquet a few weeks ago and my mother in law bought me a 150$ bouquet just a few days later. the next day I went to him to get a sponge to decorate some of the extra flowers I had with he sold it to me for 10$! No way to keep a customer.

I had the loveliest experience with this shop. I had a wide Xmas wreath frame and wanted some natives to decorate it. The lovely assistant not only found me some that weren’t too expensive (I’m on a budget!) she spent an extra ten minutes giving me simple and easy advice, literally showing me at times, on how to construct it. She couldn’t have gone out of her way more to help me - and I’m very grateful! Highly recommend!!

I ordered a wedding bouquet from them and sent them a photo of what i wanted, it arrived right on time and looked even more amazing than the picture i sent. The flowers are still in good condition even after two weeks. Thank you so much rose and co leichardt team for the beautiful bouquet, i absolutely love it to bits!! Can't wait to repurchase again for the regular arrangements

I’ve ordered from Rose and Co a few times and always soo impressed! Today I was after an arrangement in a vase and they were able to do exactly what I was after on the spot - amazing value for money and the most beautiful quality of flowers. Plus very friendly and attentive staff who I would trust to do anything. Cannot recommend them enough, huge thank you!!

On Sunday I needed to arrange a bouquet for my dear friend whose mother had just passed away. I rang Rose & Co to see if they could make a specific bouquet within the hour. On arrival waiting for me was a devine bouquet. My friend just adored the floral arrangement. Thank you Rose & Co for the wonderful service.

I ordered over the phone for Birthday Flowers. Being a bloke I asked that they create a bunch for me. The flowers were magnificent and so well received by an excited Birthday Girl. Thank you guys ... you made me look good ... and that's not easy :)

Good luck getting served in this place. Ever time I walk into this store- I get stared at and ignored by the sales assistants. Unbelievably rude and inefficient. Obviously don’t care about their customers. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Belated review for valentine’s Day, the flower was very gorgeous with beautiful scent, nicely arranged and packaged, delivered on time, the flowers last longer than others and photo was taken on the third day still looks very fresh then.

I booked my wife’s birthday flowers and pickup at 4:30pm on 27th, how did I know when I went to the shop and the shop did not open, saying that the refund has not been received for two days, service is really bad

Had an arrangement made for $50, got a tiny posy with a large amount of scrunched up wrapping paper. Some of the flowers were also cut off and wilting. So overpriced, won't be buying flowers from here again

I asked them to transfer pot for my plant. It took a day and when I took it back, it was broken and near died. It was so weak and dead after a week. Staff are not friendly at all! Not recommended.

9 PM still no one comes up for the roses which were ordered from 2 days ago. No contact from the store what so ever. I knew my Valentine's day has ruined thanks for a worst service ever.
