I am Uber driver. Normally, all Caltex petrol stations accepts Uber discounts for Uber drivers when drivers fill petrol here. However, today around 7:55pm, I asked the staff (a man) who works here, he said this Caltex doest not accept Uber discounts, I feel so disappointed because I fill at Caltex everyday and I can always get a discount for Uber driver, except for this Caltex station, located is at 272 Highbury Road, Mount Waverley. Hopefully the management should consider the reasons WHY ONLY THIS CALTEX NOT ACCEPT UBER DISCOUNT FOR DRIVERS so Uber drivers want to come here to fill petrol. Thanks

I'm from the west and left my wallet at home was stuck this morning but thanks to the wonderful Help of the female indian attendant I was able to organise and pay with a gift card saving me having to head 45minutes back home to get my wallet I believe her name was Teddisher at 10.45 Am i hope I'm spelling her name correctly Highly recommend this ampol with the customer service alone 10/10 9/7,/2023

I went into the car wash today I paid for my wash and the person in front of me moved forward and then backed back in so she took my wash for my car I went inside and tild the last who was working and she said there was nithing she could do i then went to the driver and tild what had happened and she said it wasnt her problem not happy $15 for nothing bloddly joke

Despite being an Ampol fuel station, they refuse to take everyday rewards vouchers or RACV membership cards. They say it’s because they run their own in-store promos for saying fuel. e.g. purchase $15 worth of stuff and get 4c off per litre. Kinda defeats the purpose of me spending $30 at woolies to get my fuel voucher.

The guy behind the counter, named Roshey is very rude. I asked for my discount that i am entitled to at this chain, but this guy refused to give it to me. His response upon my request was “i dont want to give it to you because im the owner and i can do anything i want” very rude and unprofessional service.

DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH!!!! Paid $15 for automatic car wash it soap and watered my car for all of about 1.5 minutes and then the green light said go to finish! Left soap all over car nothing clean… with a bit of trouble got a refund. drove up towards warrigal rd to the car wash… washed car properly

Watched a guy come from behind the counter not wearing his mask properly just hanging of one ear. Coughing through the store then went outside for a smoke. I don't think they understand why we have to wear masks. I decided not to purchase any more items apart from the fuel.

Worst car wash ever. (This review is about the car wash. The ULP fuel price was great). The car wash is brushless, which equals USELESS. The only way to get a clean car out of this car wash is to drive a clean car into it. Don't bother. It's a waste of your money.

Even one star is overrated. If you are going to washing your car here, don’t bother! On the pay machine it stated $1 for 2 mins, but when I paid $5 by card (with 50c surcharge!), it only had 7 mins on the clock! The guy on the counter had no clue either!

Very Friendly customer service! Better fuel prices across the area. Good deals for a quick snack and hot coffee! Also dont forget to check instore for the carwash deals they even offer discounts on the fuel with the wash.

Rude staff usually. Can fill up a whole tank of petrol and buy drinks/food - then have them refuse to give you change for a $5 note because car wash is 'not owed by them will never use this petroleum station again..

I purchased $2000 fuel card from them, but when I fill up the fuel and want to pay by that card, the Indian man there told me they don’t take fuel card. Funny and unbelievable??? Will never go there again

Unfriendly staff who refuse to accept promo codes despite this place being listed as station that’s participating in the promo. There’s plenty of better places nearby, avoid this one at all costs.

Saw cheap $ ULD advertised on their petrol board but when we drove in, no ULD was available at any pumps. Why turn on the ULD light if there is no petrol available.

Used to have the cheapest car wash in melbourne, now has been closed for 3 months so just assume permernantly, so now complete waste of time coming here.

Independent Ampol. Defeats the purpose of going there to take advantage of discounts because they don’t accept them. Does take AmpolCash cards.

This is NOT Caltex franchise, you cannot use any discount voucher, such as Woolies or Uber.
