AVOID THIS PLACE. I made an appointment for my 3 year old daughter but I couldn’t find the place despite when I looked on google maps we appeared to be standing exactly where it should be. I asked in a ‘salon’ where if they knew where Ana’s was and the woman told me I was in the right place despite it being chaotic, dirty and apparently going through some sort of refurbishment, but that the hairdresser didn’t have an appointment booked for 4.30 (as I’d booked) and told me to ring the mobile number on the website. I started to do this but when I looked down at my sad little girl who was expecting to ‘have her hair done’ I couldn’t do anything other than walk out. Not cool. TJs on Burton Road saved the day and my daughter was extremely excited to have gone to a proper salon in the end.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a rejuvenating 90-minute massage session with Ana, thanks to a Groupon deal. Although initially, scheduling was a bit challenging, our experience turned out to be truly exceptional. Upon arriving at Ana's studio without an appointment, she warmly welcomed us and explained the situation regarding the communication delay. Her genuine warmth and understanding immediately put us at ease. Ana went above and beyond to accommodate us, booking our session for the very next day. And let me tell you, the massage session was nothing short of magical! Ana's skilled hands worked wonders, and every moment spent under her care was pure bliss. The highlight? Her head massage – it was positively heavenly! I would recommend her services to anyone.

I had the Brazilian blow dry done for the 1st time at this Salon although I have had it done before at other salons I wasn't always happy with the outcome. Honey was very friendly and professional and explained the process and made me feel very comfortable whilst at the salon as this procedure takes time! My hair is extremely frizzy and I blow dry and straighten daily which is taking its toll on my hair. Since having this done I no longer need to use my GHD's I just simply blow dry my hair and my hair is smooth and straight and now feels in great condition and no longer goes frizzy when caught in the rain. Very happy customer and would definite of recommend. xx

Got voucher on Groupon and contacted ana to make an appointment for massage. However she asked me to send the voucher code my email but still waiting for appointment. But now she had already redeemed my voucher from Groupon but she not given me the time for massage/ so I feel that this is a fraud she doing taking peoples money without providing service so plz be aware from this saloon as it’s a total scam…!!!!

Wow! I just had my first ever massage and Ana was amazing from start to finish. She was so friendly and welcoming and carefully explained everything to me and what to expect before we went into the treatment room. Ana has a lovely and warm vibe and is so knowledgeable on all aspects of massage and anatomy. I would reccomend her to all! I will be back!

I can safely say that the deep tissue massage that I had yesterday is by far the best massage that I have ever had. Ana is a lovely lady, really friendly, she made me feel so welcome, really professional. I would highly recommend her to everyone. Thank you so much. Had the worst experience, my appointment kept being rearranged then cancelled and when I turned up for an appointment I was finally booked in for, I was sent away and told that the she couldn't see me as she had logged out of the system and was closed for the day. Would not recommend at all, very poor experience with Ana.

Ana is absolutely amazing, so friendly and super professional, she gives the most amazing deep tissue massage, I’ve suffered with my back for years, but no more, Ana’s deep tissue massage is the best I’ve ever had, 60 minutes of relaxation. Big Thank you Ana can’t wait until my next appointment x

I had a full body massage for 90 minutes. I had one of the best massages I have ever had. The salon is through Lala’s Barbershop. I had a deep tissue massage, exactly what I asked for, very professional. I am so pleased that I have found this place and will be back soon.

Very clean salon, with nice decor and a wonderful massage from Ana who is a very experienced & attentive masseur. Ana takes time to ask questions to ensure your treatment is suitable, has a lovely caring personality and ensures she provides a very enjoyable experience.

Uneven hair cut, I'm going to have to get it fixed by someone else. It has been renamed Elegance so couldn't find it for ages. The place is dirty, and the white walls make it look cold, but it was cold. I'm not going back.

Had a really good massage with Ana today. She was very friendly and the place felt nice and clean. Only minor complaint was that it was a little noisy. Definitely would recommend and would go back again.
