I’ve had the pleasure of working with Caroline through a roller coaster ride of body pain everywhere. She is amazing and super supportive since I started seeing her last year. She is great at sharing knowledge and modifications as needed to maximize stretches and reduce pain/strain. She has been more than willing to help me and if she doesn’t have the answer she definitely goes above to find out. I was able to return to work and I absolutely have to give her huge credit for her help. I also had a wonderful experience with Yara. She took time to explain, was very patient, kind and caring. She definitely made my experience very comfortable. I love the fact that everyone at anatomy is so amazing and makes it so much easier to have treatment in 1 place with wonderful staff. (I’ve only ever been greeted with smiles from the receptionist to the therapists). I highly recommend anatomy physiotherapy!

I met with Alberto Karam for my knee (torn MCL, ACL and Mencius). I have always been a skeptic of physio, however, due to wearing a hefty brace for months I decided to try, and I'm glad I did. During my first session, he explained everything in terms I could understand and after a few sessions I was able to walk without my brace. He is very knowledgeable, kind, professional and very dedicated to his work. Although, I pestered him with many questions he was able to answer all of them and provide me with advice regarding my recovery. He speaks three languages which are key if you primarily speak French, English or Lebanese. The receptionist, specifically Lolie, was an absolute Jem. She was very understanding of my busy schedule and made my appointments work for both parties. Overall it is a very welcoming environment. If you are reading this and need physio 10/10 recommend Alberto Karam.

After having knee surgery in August of 2021, I went to Anatomy Physiotherapy and met with Caroline Matte. Not only did I have a long road to recovery physically, but also mentally. Caroline was by my side every step of the way. She treated me with kindness, respect and understanding. She truly made a painful and uncomfortable journey almost enjoyable. Yes, I genuinely enjoyed going to physio because of her. She was informative and caring and I am beyond grateful to have come to her. I had tried another clinic before my surgery and they do not compare in the slightest to the service Caroline provided me. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic, and Caroline's service. I will absolutely be coming back should I need a physiotherapist again in the future. Caroline truly gave me my life back, and I cannot express how much better my experience has been because of her.

I would like to thank Alberto Karam, Physiotherapist, for his help, professional expertise, guidance, and support he had provided me for the past several weeks. He answered the many questions I had and discussed my progress during physiotherapy sessions. When I first came to the clinic back in late May 2023, I was having a lot of pain in my lower back and lumbar spine area, and there were tingling sensations and numbness in my legs. Now, after the planned therapy program Alberto administered over the past several weeks, I feel much better: the pain is gone and the tingling sensations are absent. Alberto, thank you very much for everything you have done to improve my health conditions. I had a muscalar injury that had bothered me for many years that I finally decided to do something about. I visited Anatomy and saw Alberto Karam. From the very first visit, I knew I had the right person to address my issues. Alberto did a thorough assessment on our first visit and clearly told me what the problem was and what the plan was we'd use to address it. While Alberto did some "magic" to address the issue while on site, he also gave me the tools (in for the form of targeted exercises) to address my issue. All throughout my visits, Alberto very clearly explained what we'd be doing, why, what it would address and details on how to do the specific exercise. I'd highly recommend a visit to Alberto if you have the need for a physio!

Brandon Baker from Anatomy Physio is hands down the absolute best massage therapist I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. He was able to help me get back to rock climbing after a shoulder injury. He was patient, skilled and informative. Such a knowledgeable worker. He was not only able to get me back to my baseline, but was able to explain how everything in the body connects in a way that was easy to grasp. This info helped me better understand my condition so that I could also help myself get back to where i wanted to be. I am hooked and a customer for life!

Caroline Matte and the Team at Anatomy Physiotherapy were fantastic. I went to see them with chronic pain in multiple body parts. I was given great care and instruction to not only remedy and isolate the issues but to be more proactive in at home exercises to keep them from happening again. I have been seeing Yara, at the Orleans location of Anatomy Physiotherapy, for about a year now and she is hands down the best (most effective and the most compassionate) therapist I have ever dealt with. And I have seen many physiotherapists over the years. I see Yara for vestibular and pelvic physiotherapy, but she also troubleshoots whatever other problems might pop along the way (and they frequently do). If you're looking for a caring therapist, who can think outside the box, I highly recommend Yara.

I've been having foot pains for quite a few years before trying physiotherapy. I went to 4 different foot specialist around the city, did countless x-rays and ultrasounds but they never came back with any conclusion. After only a few visits with Caroline, she found that the issue may have been coming from my lower back. As she worked on said area, the pain in my foot started to fade. Strongly recommend this clinic and more specifically Caroline.

I must say the team is very impressive, I was treated by Caroline and she is amazing, She will not only work with you to get well but also give you the knowledge to ensure you sustain the progress. I went for a treatment for 2 body parts (shoulder and Knee) and in 3 sessions my pain was gone.The homework provided was easy and simple to be performed anytime of the day. I am glad that I made the right choice of choosing Anatomy.

Highly recommended !! Facilities are excellent, spacious, very clean with a nice variety. Staff is very friendly and always accommodating. Caroline is an excellent physiotherapist, she worked with my son extremely well and adjusting her approach as needed (based on my son's ADHD), very kind, caring and clearly experience and very knowledgeable. Will most definitely be returning if ever we have another need for physiotherapy.

I went to see Andrew Dings at Anatomy Physiotherapy Clinic in Orleans to treat my vestibular neuritis issue. I was impressed with how thorough the initial consultation was to diagnose the problem. He is very attentive and professional. He takes his time and is thorough. I was shown exercises that are very helpful and aimed to decipher the problem. J’ai eu la chance d’être suivi par Caroline (physio) pour divers problèmes depuis 2021. Examen initial complet et exhaustif à chaque fois, ce qui a permis d’identifier les causes.
