This Nissan dealership is fantastic! We had our engine light come on while traveling out of state. Julian was so kind to squeeze us in during a busy time and got our car fixed by the next day so we could get to our next destination safely. Really great customer service and would highly recommend!
Still the best dealership for customer service and customer satisfaction. I purchased my vehicle elsewhere (World Car) and due to their LIES I will get any and all services performed at Ancira. I just regret not making our purchase from Ancira. Lesson learned.
Above and beyond - no shuttle available to get me back to work so a Lyft was called for me at no charge. Then when I left my phone in the Lyft, Anthony, the service rep, took possession of the phone and held it until I got back to pick up the car. Thank you!

Ancira dropped the ball on a relatively easy recall notice in August and had to bring the vehicle back in December 2023. Poor service experience with Julian and I would not recommend Ancira.
I never leave reviews but this needs to be addressed! I’ve used this Nissan service department before, had issues but it was worked out. However today was a totally different situation.
Julian customer service was outstanding as always. Service was completed as promised. Julian was very professional, explained the process throughout and kept me informed at every step.
