Ordered one kilo of grilled chicken that was so dry as to be almost inedible. We only ate it because we were very hungry. I think that after putting the meat on the grill they just forgot about it, as I have had better here in the past. That was $20 down the drain. Service from the young lady behind the counter was sullen. I used to like this place but, as others have noted, it has gone downhill in the past year. Meanwhile, they raised the prices.. ..17% on some of the small pastries. this is an update to my post from one year ago: Went in for the first time in a long time. Guy at the bakery serving clients without mask, which is only covering his chin. Before he serves me, he puts the mask on with his gloves (the gloves are now contaminated from his mask) and touches the cake tray. As he puts the cake in the box, the mask slips below his nose, with his invisible nose secretions falling onto the cake. During time of Covid, the whole thing made me lose my appetite and I left the cake behind.

On most days the parking is not an issue, but a peak hours is kind of not easy to park in front of The store. But when you have a good place parking becomes secondary light for most food, outlets, or distributors
Kid-friendliness
I’ve seen the staff on many occasions when they’re small kids in the store they’re super friendly with them

Tried to get ready made prepared vines leaves at the counter at 10oclock that was prepared there in behind the glass. One lady tells me me u have to wait till employee comes. I see the employee he says no can't help you go there. I go to another counter, lady says go to that lady, I go to that lady she says no not open although they are ready. I see a lady who seems to be in charge I tell her the story nicely and she says no we can't sell you the vine leaves because they open at 10:30 only. It's unbelievable the service at this place. They don't care at all about customers and loosing business. So we spoke to 5 employees to help us no one cared. We just left! Never coming back. And plus most prepackaged things look expired and not fresh. Go to achtaroute instead or any other lebanese market.

We need this type of markets more than now in the city . I like the management of different verities of foods and groceries and sweets and cakes. They make the muffins and cackes like Persians. Sweet but not too sweet . With creams but also not too sweet and the baklava's extract without annoying the throat. You can't see any political and religion distancing between customers ,clients . You will be very comfortable overthere .

Firstly, your food is TERRIBLE. It’s a black spot for Shawarma Plate. The food was extremely cold, tasteless, fried potatoes were soggy. Garlic sauce was bitter and the rice was spoiled. You guys should undergo a thorough quality check and have your process revisited. Get your staff some humanly act put together. The food that you gave me I really want to make you eat that and get your feedback. What a shame. If you can’t serve fresh, warm food then just don’t sell it. Getting in line and paying the money and then open up the box to a unsatisfactory, utterly terrible experience. I wish I can give you a negative number or a zero but Google doesn’t have less than one rating. TERRIBLE AVOID AT ALL COST. CHECK YOUR FOOD RIGHT AWAY.

Wow I wish we had this place In miami. Such an ample and clean location. In here you can find a huge variety of products and their sweets are to die for. We had so many things... Knafe with bread and when I saw that I almost died. Knafe is my favorite dessert made out with cheese, semolina, and a sweet sirup with Arabic spices. We also had the meneesh bread (a bread with this delicious spices) we chose half meneesh half cheese and then the added tomatoes, pickles, and mint. After they wrapped it and put it on the oven to warm up. You will not believe me when I tell you how tasty this was. The different flavors along with the moist bread were simply perfect!!! I had ayran along with the yummy meal!! Ayran is a yoghurt drink.

So sad to say I’m not returning and also embarrassed as my last visit ( February 12 at 12:40) brought my friend to try Andalos. Was telling. Her good things about this place but omg, food was so bad! We ordered shawarma sandwich: both were cold inside! Specially the beef one. They offer to reheat it: the meat is supposed to be warm or hot right out of the grill, even a reheated sandwich ( awful) it was still cold inside: you guys! Awful the grills ate supposed to keep meat hot and fat dripping! This was cold like out of a fridge. They gave me bad attitude when I told them it was cold I could see the meat grill was turned off! The garlic potatoes were old and reheated We threw it out and left Never again Andalos

  • Mad Max

Andalous failed me big time.. Went there to eat with friend. Completely disorganized, 1 employee for 200m of counter. My friend grabbed the beef plate, then I order the chicken one only to hear "are you guys together" I said yes but not ordering the same. They gave me a lame excuse, saying "you have to order at the same time" , chicken is 10 mins to heat. What if the client behind was asking for chicken? Would you tell him order at the same time with the other clients? It's Cleary one customer after the other. I didn't eat that day, I left.. It's not the first time. Lazy service and unprofessional. One star for the nice lady at the other counter and one star for the baklavas.

  • JonathanW Network

For the past months, we went over here to buy their delicious products. Their foods are really tasty and the environment is very libanais. Unfortunately, yesterday at the cash, one of the manager stop us in order to check if I purchased the correct amount of products by weirdly looking at us. Very disappointed by his service (ー_ー゛) -------------- Update (Reduce from 4 stars to 1 Star): Went shopping last weekend and it was terrible, one staff were working on the counter while he clearly saw me waiting for 15 minutes in first line BUT decide to help other on the opposite side of where I was located. Y'all should hire more people to be honest cause this is unacceptable

  • moon samir

Very disappointed by their service. We already ordered a cake for birthday and we asked for (pink printed mickey mouse). We were told that it costs $90 because it requires a hard work and time to make it exactly as the picture and the micky mouse will be made from sugar and butter. When we picked up the cake, we were shocked. We found that they printed a mickey mouse on a white paper and pasted on it. They failed to make it as the picture and they offered us to get $5 discount!. Anyway we don't recommend this place if you would like to have a custom cake or special design. NOT professional at all, worst pastry chef. here is the cake that we asked for and what we got

  • Michel TENN

I ordered few mankoushies with olives and tomatoes , the guy on the counter had his gloves on , He treated the transaction , then put the order in the oven , then laid the order on the counter , dipped his hands in the tomato dish , then dipped them in the olive dish , spread salt pepper etc , then started to serve and prepare another client order , came back to roll the mankoushies and hand them to me , all in one set of gloves ! Liquid was dangling everywhere.. I bet he goes to the bathroom with the same gloves ! The order ended in the trash because I didn’t want to confront him over food ! What a shame !

If you’re looking for freshness, delicious foods and goods, and a wide variety of items, Andalos is the place to go! When you enter the store you can notice right away the beautiful presentations, from the pastries, to the homemade dishes, to the manakish station and to the great range of Mediterranean products. My family and I have been ordering customized cakes for all our events there. Their cakes are always so beautiful and delicious and we always get compliments from our guests. Prices are very reasonable. Try it and thank me later :)

  • Sam Mk

Food is amazing but the service is poor and slow not because of employees its because of the new owners are beeing cheap and wanna save money. Put more employees on the food service come on guys at the time the father was managing it wasnt like that. But guess the new generation just wanna save money and this is causing slow service. Btw the workers are great but they only have 2 hands. They are limited! Make sure salt and pepper, ketchup are available for costumers. Come on guys you can do better. It wasnt like that seriously!!

  • Ted Gamrat

The other day I ran in a bit before closing, starving and looking forward to my spicy chicken pita wrap. To my absolute horror the food counters had closed early! A manager saw the look of disappointment on my face, took my order, fetched it from the back production area because there were none remaining in the front, got an employee to prepare my wrap and made sure I was happy all the way to the checkout counter. He made my day big time. That's the kind of place this is. The food is just as amazing. Eat here.

  • Fares

This place has a huge variety of foods that you can choose from, not forgetting to mention that they are also all delicious. The place is clean with very nice staff you speak both fluent English and french. It is very roomy there giving space for people to walk around and to eat at the designated seating areas both inside and outside of the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to do some groceries and eat some lunch at the same time.

  • Tony Ghorayeb

I have. never. ever. been to a place like this before. Not sure how to describe it (Bakery? Fast casual resto? Pastry?) but I had such an amazing experience that I had to write a review. The owners (brothers & sisters) are always on the floor interacting with clients (which is so refreshing in a social media era), the food reminded me of back home in Lebanon, the prices are so reasonable given that everything is homemade... anyways u get the point lol I love it!!

  • Fa St

Some of the employees are extremely Nice and Good people, But in my opinion the quality of the food is terrible, Only the Pita is Ok which is actually the main business for this place, but other than that quality of food might not be satisfying at all although they have a big variety and prices are reasonable. I would go there once a year to regret it and avoid the place for another year. I wonder about the 5 ⭐ reviews, what exactly did they have ?

  • Amer Olba

Unprofessional staff, at the food counter, refused to serve me when I asked if I simply needed chicken, insisting that I had to order rice as well. Additionally, when I asked him what it contained, he angrily retorted, "Chicken, you can't see that." Staff should respect consumers at all times, what a poor attitude. Only cash or debit are accepted; credit cards are not. Prices are more expensive than at other stores.

  • Charlie Kaufman Berg

I am a long time client of Andalos. I come here every 2 weeks to buy the fairly sized Half zaatar half cheese bread. It is delicious, hence the 2 stars. However, I was very disappointed at the shrinked version of today’s zaatar bread and surprisingly for the same price. Very disappointing after all these years of loyalty… I will buy from Byblos next time if this change is permanent..!

  • Aj P.

I've only had their flat bread sandwiches and honestly for the prices you get there; you get every single bang for your buck. I've been going to this place since I was a younging. Although they have a vast menu, their other menu options dont live up to the hype and oomph like their flat bread sandwiches do. (Desserts, wraps, side dishes and pizzas are okay but nothing crazy)

  • Rosemary Lambie

When I got food, it was delicious but it was very hard to get anyone to serve me. They were chatting with other staff or folks who I assume are regular customers, but it was my first time there. I didn't feel welcome and I will not return.

Chicken and beef sandwiches were alright. Potatoes weren't crispy but were great after I put them in the air fryer and ate them with the extra garlic sauce. Meghli was overpowered by a certain spice (maybe nutmeg?) though I usually like that dessert. Mouhalabieh was fine. Knefe was unlike any other I've had but I did like it, wish there was more cheese maybe?

  • Kimi Sauber-Könën

I usually don't make comments but this time I hope to help others... The staff are not in a good mood, frustrated ( maybe salary to low ) the food is not well cooked, chicken no taste, the rice inedible, potato's with too much oil, salads very tired. Dining area dirty, toilets smell and prices to expensive. I hope the employees can find a better job.

  • Dave Lebrun

A storefront which is too large for its purpose. The selection is dwindling, and the client base is not what it used to be. It seems like Andalos is more focused on their commercial operations than they are maintaining their once booming retail. Perhaps the reason we all used to come no longer exists.. $8-9 for an all dressed pita is a bit much.

  • Salam Khouja

Perfect place for baked goods! The place is neat and clean and everything tastes great bread, croissants, cakes. The coffee is good too. I highly recommend their almond croissant, chocolatine and cheese manoushe. The only downside side is that they were not using the queue system they have! Instead the workers were randomly choosing customers.

  • Greg Kokjian

Love this boulangerie; I love going for breakfast cause it's always fresh and yummy. Sometimes we go for lunch too; love to eat the fish and rice, great salads, yummy pizza too. I always buy pastries and some kaak to bring home. Great service with a smile! Bought the ashta ice cream with pistachio, finger licking good!

  • André Gerges

The quality of the whole wheat pita 600g is terrible! I bought 3 packs this morning and the white side of each bread was carbonized (Black). Inedible after 24hrs and hard to roll them to make a sandwish! A real headacke (Vraie casse-tête)! It's unacceptable! I don't know how the customers/clients gave 5 stars!

  • Léon M.

Your food was delicious, but gave me the worst food poisoning I've ever had as my body puked both manakish up. I genuinely felt like I was dying, and this isn't my first time eating manakish. I'm not kidding when I say this was the worst food poisoning I've ever had. I had the cheese and lahmajin manakish.

  • Jessica Elbared

I went to get Manoushé and ended up buying the whole store. Everything is delicious; my daughter and husband couldn't get enough of their Anis cookies a definite must. The lady at the counter was so sweet she even gave me advice on how to best to prepare/serve what I just purchased. A montreal gem

  • Mike Hallal (Muke)

Very expensive for a midwork snack.. i had asked for cheese and jambon it was 6.99$ then she asked me if i want vegetables, so i thought it comes with it since the price is already high. Didn't know until i ended up at the case and paid 10$ for a sandwich that does not have meat in it.

  • Keren E

Honestly, I am giving them 5 stars only because of their employee name Eli! He is always cheerful, polite with a smile and greeting customers. He makes me the most delicious pita zaatar all dressed. Well he is the only one smiling over there and that gives a client a good vibe.

  • Anthony A. Nader

Andalos, you guys are the best — if you're looking for delicious and beautifully prepared catering options, this is the place!! The food was amazing, the display and service were top-notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great catered event. Thank you!

  • Ahmad Abdullahi Nabil

I've visited this place at Saturday at 4 PM, and I buy shish tavoke, I want to say shame on Andalos management for giving on safe and decanting food, the chicken is not cooked and thr potatoes are raw and table salad is very old, SHAME ON YOU ! SEE THE PICTURES!!!

Use to be an amazing place with the fresh’st products , the 2 last times i went i had to throught half of what i bought as it was so old i could not even eat it , to bad this place was always worth the detour , but now not even free i would eat there.

We are 8 clients in line waiting for the knefeh and you got 3 ladies working. Most incompetent staff I have ever seen. I had a cart of over 200$ that I left there and left your store and never coming back. We didn’t move an inch for 20
