Highly recommend these guys over some of the larger locksmith business. Affordability priced services and friendly staff. Had a key made for my Honda Accord (lost the spare). Every locksmith, especially the “mobile super convenient” ones you see in Google Ads, would quote me $250+ and said I absolutely needed a transponder. The staff here told me that wasn’t true, which proved to be right when all I had made was a key without button made. Car starts correct and doesn’t activate the anti-theft (like other places said it would). They still needed to sync the key using an OBD-II computer. After research, it does look like this is required to not activate the anti-theft when opening the door. Overall, solid experience and great staff. Will think of these guys every time I need a key made and always recommend them to friends in need.

I booked a deadbolt to be installed for a Thurs. At 415p I hadn't heard from anyone so I called the store and they said I was next on the list. I never heard from anyone and no one showed up. At 745p that night I left a voicemail about it on their answering machine. No one called me back. At 4p the next day I called the store again and the person who answered didn't care AT ALL. No apology. Just said the guy must have been delayed. I said my appt was more than 24 hours ago, no one has reached out, and no one bothered to return my VM so I asked them to have a manager call me. Of course no one did and no one ever reached out about the install I had scheduled two days ago. Had I known they were not able to get this done I would've scheduled with someone else. Horrible customer experience.

What a wonderful experience this has been! As I finished loading my vehicle with perishables I shut my car door locking my keys inside. Already fuming from this day of unfortunate events, this day could not get any worse! Due to this being the first time ever locking myself out I had no idea what to do. An employee of the grocery store I was stranded at gave me their number with great recommendations. The "Lock & Key" Professional was picking the lock in less than seventeen minutes; taking him about a minute to unlock. Not only did this Lock Expert do his job promptly, he called me back 15 minutes later explaining how to fix another problem I had with my door handle. You have my recommendation Anderson Mill Lock & Key. I almost want to purposely lock my keys in my car. Thank you again!

Quoted $40 minimum to get the keys out of my car over the phone. Actual price "depends on what type of tools they have to use." The guy gets here and says it will be $95, I said I only have $80. Well, the "tools" he had to use were two air bags and a stick. Literally. I stood out in the parking lot in the 95 degree heat trying to help him. It took almost an hour and he had to call his boss to figure out how to do it. Then when he finally got it unlocked he tried to get me to pay more than $80 because it took him so long. If he would have known how to do it in the first place it would've taken 5-10 minutes tops.

I went to the store with 4 locks to be rekeys. When I called they said they will take 5 mins per lock. When I reached the store they said 20-25 mins for all the 4 locks. I waited for 1.5 hours. Eventually left with 2 locks rekeyed. For the rest 2 they did not. After 3 days and multiple calls later I was given 2 locks in parts. They broke the lock and did not even care. I tried talk to the owner and I am told owner comes once a week and they are not allowed to call him. I requested call back which never happened. Very bad service. I would not recommend to anyone.

Maybe it's just me, but I'm all over supporting small, local, businesses. Including where I go to get my keys made! This guy has a plethora of locks and keys, he's fast, and he's reasonably priced. I needed a key made for a new restaurant, so I came by. The guy was nice, and after I gave him my key, he had a new one for me in under 5 minutes! It was a "do not duplicate," so I had to fill out some tracking paperwork, but that's normal. I highly recommend him for getting your lock and key needs! I'll be back if I need anything in the future.

Awesome!!! Needed to get a key made for a 2001 Land Rover because the one I had broke off into the door lock. I was able to get the broken piece out. Had the two pieces, gave them to him, he made me two duplicates and got me back on the road. Great shop too if you're a gadget person like me or you need key supplies he as a lot of stuff in there. I've had trouble finding the rubber pieces to tell which keys are which he has a great selection! Thanks for the great service!!!!

I first called a lock store in Cedar Park but after 20 minutes on hold I gave up. Anderson Mill Lock and Key was just down the road and answered the phone on the second ring. The guy sounded like he knew what he was talking about, so I gave him a shot. He had the correct parts on-hand and re-keyed the tumbler in no time flat. His price was actually less than I had anticipated...imagine that.

Jake was amazing! Very friendly, polite and showed up when he said he would. My son’s car wouldn’t start because the anti-theft was locked due to having a bad fob. He cut and programmed a new key/fob at our home and my son’s car started right up! He also programmed my husband’s fob we bought over a year ago but didn’t know how to program. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

I scheduled an appointment on wednesday October 27 to get a vehicle rekeyed. Jake told me they would be out that day, called Tim at the end of the day and he told me they would be out thursday. Thursday called them again at 12 pm and spoke to Jake again and he told me to find someone else. I refer alot of people to this business and will no longer be referring.

These guys are awesome. I bought a toolbox without keys and they were able to re key it. Also made me a few other copies while I was there. Really reasonable too. Will go there for all of my lock and key needs from now on. They also have a huge selection of Disc golf merchandise there. And friendly as can be. I'd give them 10 stars for sure.

Arrival by this locksmith was unusually prompt — within 15 minutes of my initial call. Really amazing. I needed 5 locks on three doors rekeyed. I have no idea what other locksmiths charge, but I assume that the fee was reasonable. Given the ultra-fast response, I would definitely call this locksmith for service again if needed. Many thanks!

Use this place a lot to make keys for my offices. This time though they made copies and none worked at all. The guy was busy at the time with a lot of other people. I am here today to try to get it fixed. Arrived at 915 am and no one is here. It is now 950 am and still no one. Left the store at 1010am still no one there.

600% mark up on a kw15bp is a bit much. Guy at register was rude when I offered assistance. He said he had only worked there for 3 months, so I understand the slowness while he looked for the key. However, the rudeness wasn't necessary. Keys worked well after I found the blank for him.

Three strikes with these guys: Never open on time (don't even bother trying to go on Saturdays), they'll show up at least 10 minutes late. They aren't very good at their job, requiring multiple visits to have them fix their mistakes. And lastly are incredibly rude. Avoid.

Brought my Lincoln MKX in because I accidentally activated MyKey (parental lock) and couldn’t remove it. Lincoln dealer refused to unless I purchased two new keys. They did it in about 20 minutes! Very kind and professional and quick work! 10/10 would recommend!

I have used their lock and key service for re-keying and key core change out for many years. Better then using the big shops that charge a lot and take weeks to get things done. This week we got new keys and remotes for the new company truck.

These guys are great! They cut my keys that I brought in. They helped my son and I get duplicate keys for our vehicles; my son's was a fob that repeatedly broke They worked with us until it was resolved. I am their customer for life!

I came in with a very loosely described problem and John was able to hone in on exactly what was wrong and gave me the information I needed to fix it myself instead of giving me the runaround to try and sell services. A++

Great place to get a key cut. I'm sure they offer full locksmith service as well. Super interesting as they also sell frisbees for frisbee golf. You can watch the the frisbee golf channel while you shop.

Super easy, convenient place to get key copies. I haven't needed to use them for anything else but have been here a few times to get keys made. Always super quick and the price is great.

Called this place for advice on how to fix a damaged key FOB. They suggested replacing the shell instead of the entire FOB. $15 later and we have a like new key!
