I came to Anderson Motor Company after finding a great truck on Cargurus. The truck had no photo but was very reasonably priced (more than 2K under blue book). I called to inquire about the vehicle, and Scott gave me all the specifics. He explained the car had hail damage, which was why it was priced so low. I came to check the vehicle out and instantly fell in love with it. The hail damage was extensive, but very hard to see, so it didn't bother me. After a test drive, I expressed my absolute interest in purchasing the vehicle, but let Scott know that I would need a few days to sort out finances, and come back on my next day off to purchase the vehicle. We agreed on a sale price, and I left. Scott then called me the very same day I was intending on coming back to finalize financing and paperwork to inform me a gentleman from out of state was interested in the truck and was offering $500 more than the listed price. I expressed my confusion, as I thought we had already verbally agreed to me purchasing the truck, but nonetheless, told him if he felt that was an appropriate business move, there was nothing I could do about it. He seemed torn with the decision, knowing the right thing to do would have been to honor our agreement and price, but still decided to let the other gentleman have first dibs. STRIKE ONE SCOTT. The sale with the other interested buyer ended up falling through after he had a nearby mechanic look the truck over. Apparently, the man tried to haggle for less than the listed price, so Scott came crawling back to me, offering me a second chance at my dream truck. I was irritated to say the least, but really wanted this truck, so I went back, got my financing taken care of through the dealership, and drove off with my new vehicle. Scott apologized for the manner in which things were handled, and said he would send me a gift card to a nearby restaurant, as a way of apologizing for what he had put me through. Fast forward a week and half - I was down in Moab breaking in my "new truck", and when I came back into service, I had a voicemail from Scott explaining apparently the financing at the bank had not gone through, and I didn't actually OWN the truck I had been driving. Since Scott couldn't seem to do his job, I had to take on the burden of contacting the bank, and trying to fix the problem. STRIKE TWO SCOTT. I work seasonally, and had just started my 4 week unemployment time frame. Due to this, along with all the mistakes made on the dealerships end, I was forced to return the vehicle, due to lack of financing. Frankly, at this point, I was so irritated with how the whole situation was handled, I didn't want to deal with the vehicle anymore. Scott put everything on my plate, and due to the timeline of my unemployment, I no longer had current proof of income that would allow any bank approve me. STRIKE THREE. Flash Forward three months, and I still had not received my gift card in the mail, as Scott had promised me on more than one occasion. I reached out once again to inquire about it, and Scott responded that he "had forgotten"...sure Scott, I believe you.... Last week I FINALLY received an envelope from the dealership, and in it included - wait for it - 2 vouchers for 1 meal of my choice at - yup folks - Zao Asian Cafe. Last time I checked, high end "fast food" joints aren't what I would call a restaurant. The best part - they expire 20 days after I receiving them... I can tell he put a lot of thought and effort into my horrendous experience with this dealership. I waited to write this review for nearly 5 months, but now that Scott finally “came through" with his promise, I felt the need to share my experience. This is a family run business, and Scott has just taken over. I hope his grandfather isn't around to see how he is handling this business..... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND – Will NEVER recommend this place solely based on how the new owner in charge does business.

Okay. I NEVER provide reviews unless I received exceptional service and it is well deserved, and beyond my expectations. That or it was absolutely awful, but in this case, it was the exact opposite of awful. I have to start off by saying that not only Scott the owner was exceptional from beginning to end, but his whole team were beyond amazing. Each of them greeted me and were so sincere. I had drove up from a Richfield to see the 4 runners they had. I test drove a few different cars that day. I was stuck between extra seating that the 4 runner would have offered but not gas efficient, and or something that would be better on gas mileage but lack of extra seating. I had expressed my concern to the team. I was very confused. Scott had then suggested checking out a Kia that had extra seating. It was better on Gas Mileage than the 4 runner, but also offered extra seating. So it was more meeting in the middle. And… it was cheaper than the 4 runner. I test drove the Kia, and while I was so in love with it, I had ended up feeling overwhelmed with all the choices, and all the good looking options. I didn’t want to make a decision just yet. I was upfront with Scott that I was needing a little time to think about things, and no exaggeration… Scott handed me his business card. Took down my info and told me to take all the time I needed and that he would be here for me when I was ready to make a decision and move forward. I was ABSOLUTELY impressed beyond any other dealer experience I have ever had. He had me puzzled. In a good way of course. The fact he had not pressured me or made me feel bad, or given me any negative body language blew me away and that’s when I decided I for sure would be back to purchase a vehicle and give my business to Scott. I thought I would need a week or two. Nope I was so impressed, I felt confident to just make a decision knowing the trust and confidence I was shown from day 1. I test drove all the options on a Saturday, and was back Monday to purchase my Kia. Scott was awesome to work with me on my wants and made me comfortable and confident with my choice. I traded in my 2021 Jeep that had a lot of connivence features that this 2022 Kia doesn’t have. But this Kia is what I need for now, and it’s simplicity is actually sort of refreshing. Scott was professional, and happy, and very detailed. He was quick and explained every step during the process. At the end, he offered us to choose 2 holiday snack gifts from a table they had lots of choices to choose from. That just made it even better. Chocolate is the way to my heart. I asked him if he could help me remove my seat covers and my steering wheel cover, which I now realize says Jeep so I should have just left it on there. That’s how excited I was. I couldn’t even think straight. He helped me, and even carried some things I needed help carrying to the Kia. I then asked him if he would take some pictures of me with the Jeep for memories and some with the Kia. He didn’t hesitate at all. My favorite thing about the whole experience is that I never needed to explain myself. I usually feel like I have to explain myself to the world, but not to Scott. He was already one step ahead and on my same wavelength. It was a breathe of fresh air working with him. I will be giving him my future business and I will send any and everyone I get the chance to, to do business with Scott as well. Best dealership EVER!!! For the last number of weeks my daughter has been looking for a larger vehicle for her family. They out grew their Mini van when child # 7 came along. She checked all her sources, my son and I went to auctions, but to no avail. Finally she located a Ford Transit on there website. She called them up negotiated a great deal over the phone, but still had a few things to work out. She asked Scott in the meanwhile please hold this Van for me, I've got to make sure this will work for me and I can't have another vehicle sold from under me like has happened already. Well Scott said he would. As would happen, my daughter, convinced me that we could trust Scott and he would hold the vehicle while we made the 5 hour trip to his dealership. When we got there he was waiting for us. Not only that he had refused a couple of offers from other people who called since since my daughter and him negotiated the deal. I'm sure they would of paid him more than our price.One even showed up while we were there. My daughters prearranged financing fell through because of type of vehicle rating, commercial, So Scott put his knowledge to work and got us financing on the spot and a better rate through America First. We drove home with a great vehicle that day and he put up with a couple of my grand kids through all this. I do recommend this dealership very highly, and in my time I've dealt with many of them. He'll get my call next time I'm in the market!!:)

One of the best experiences I've ever had buying a car. I am originally from Utah, but now live in California. When I got rear ended, I needed a new car, and was looking in California and then looked on KSL a little. Having never really heard of Anderson before, I was a little hesitant when I saw them online, but they had a great deal on a car I was interested in. I called them, had some family members look at the car I was interested in. Scott was so amazing and accommodating to my situation. He let my family members do a test drive, he answered all of their questions. I decided I was going to buy the car. I booked a one-way flight to Utah to come and look at it. My flight got in a little late, but he offered to stay late just so I could come and look at it, and never seemed put out once. He was always so understanding to my situation, and went above and beyond any expectations I had. He was never pushy, and so honest and patient with me. If anybody needs a car, I will immediately recommend them to Anderson Motors. If I ever need another car in the future, this will definitely be one of the first places I will look. I took a one way flight from Los Angeles and drove back, and would do it again in a heart beat. That's how great of an experience I had here.

We had the pleasure of working with mostly with Matthew and a little bit with Scott. We couldn't ask for a better experience. They were transparent, generous, understanding of our budget, and generally went above and beyond our expectations. We didn't feel any pressure to buy something that we didn't want to buy. We came away extremely happy with the experience and our vehicle. We saw a posting for one vehicle on KSL.com soon after they posted it, as well as a posting for another vehicle. We called in the morning to let them know that we were interested in one of the two vehicles. They let us know that the one they had just posted was still getting cleaned up. Of course we test drove the vehicles. We didn't have any concerns. We ended up buying the one that had just been posted because it was within our budget. There were a couple of minor blemishes, and they willingly resolved those. It was sooo clean inside when we bought it, too. They made the buying process really easy by doing the paperwork and transfer of title and registration. I would definitely recommend Anderson Motor Company to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional!! If you like going to a dealer to be talked down to, this is the place to go. I just wanted to trade in my car. The first sales guy I was with was working with was great. He was working with me to figure out some numbers. We were going to buy the van that day! I found out my car had been in a wreck so they wanted to give me less. Which is fair. There was another old sales guy there who needs to be fired!! He will ruin this dealership. He could not stop harassing me. Literally calling me stupid, a moron, an idiot. It was shocking to see how he treated me. He could not let it go that I wanted to traid straight across for my car. The cars values were so close to each other. He kept coming back and insulting me. It got to the point that I was so uncomfortable that I had to walk out. The other sales guy really should have shut him up. I am happy to pay 2,000 more on another car at another dealership with less miles, than to work with them. AVOID!! Unless you enjoy cranky old guys who will constantly belittle you. 0 stars if I could!

Working with Matthew was more than a pleasure. Not once did I feel intimidated, pressured into upgrading, overwhelmed,underwhelming or anything in between. What really got me was when I asked him if I could bring the van to my mechanic, he immediately volunteered to bring it to him himself since I had to work that day. I called my mechanic the next day and he said to me that if I didn’t buy the van he would buy the van. So I went back, Matthew met me, he had all the paperwork and efficiently with no snags or questions asked got me squared away. They even took my car in a trade and got me a great loan rate of 2.99. Matthew’s presence, personality, down to earthness, professionalism and just all around niceness sold me! I’m 66 yrs old and have been buying cars and motorcycles for many years. This experience by far had been the best ever. Then I met Scott, the owners son, who I could only say enhanced Matthews persona with his own awesome presence. I really wish I needed another car! Buying from Anderson Motor Company was an amazing experience. 5 Star family owned and operated service. I was dreading the process of buying a car because of all the haggling, hidden fees, and dishonesty associated with the car buying process. I called the day before we came in to see if they had the car we were looking for. Scott was very knowledgable about each car on his lot, and was very friendly. The next morning when we went to go look at the cars that were available at the dealership and found all the cars were clean, orderly, and well kept. The cars were all in amazing shape and very low milage as well. Scott was very kind, not the typical "Used Car Salesman", and willing to work with us to find a car that fit our needs, and worked with us on the pricing to be extremely competitive, and genuinely cared about our situation. I have never had a car buying experience like this. I would HIGHLY recommend looking at Anderson Motor Company it was a surprisingly pleasant experience.

Anderson Motors provided by far, the best car buying experience I have ever experienced. Scott was extremely up front with us and very friendly. We went in to test drive a very specific vehicle they had on their lot and about 10 minutes into the test drive several warning lights flicked on. My wife and I turned around and let Scott know. He hopped into the car with us and went straight to the Toyota dealership to have the codes read. It came back as a faulty wheel speed sensor, we were also made aware that the rear brake pads could use replacing. Anderson motors went out of their way to fix these issues and did so in a very timely manner. Bottom line is, my wife loves her new car and we will be buying future vehicles from Anderson Motors. It was a great car buying experience with very minimal pressure.

I've now purchased two cars from Anderson Motor Company. The first was a fleet vehicle for my company, the 2nd was a personal vehicle. Anderson motors sales team and owner truly treat their customers with respect and professionalism. We stopped at numerous dealerships (Big name) looking for a newer Audi Q7 and was totally amazed at some of the competitions attitudes and unprofessionalism to the fact We would not give them our business as they could of cared less while there and even less the minute we were out the door. We would and will use Anderson motors again for future vehicle purchases. They have one small dealer dock fee ($299) instead of the other dealers $400+ and 5+ line items of junk fees all the other dealers charge and add on.

I just did business with Anderson Motor for the first time last week. The first day I worked with Matt. Before I even test drove the vehicle Matt was very honest upfront and informed me of a minor issue that the vehicle had. I found a minor issue when test driving the vehicle and they got it fixed. Matt met me for the first time at 10 this morning. I found a car that happened to be posted at Anderson Motor two days ago. I think I spent a total of maybe an hour and a half with Matt over two trips. He got me the lowest rate available in the city and 90 minutes later, he saved my SUMMER! Drove off in a brand new ride for a price and experience that made me feel like I got a fair deal.
