It seems you guys run a business model than a service model. I had an appointment booked and she asked me to book another appointment after a week as she would like to monitor. She said test results of my problem would cme after a week and then treatment can be advised. I waited for a week, called the clinic to book and the receptionist checked and confirmed the comments on file where - no further treatment requirement! I have noticed this in past as well that this particular doctor just ask to book another appointment. Mam, it costs us to book another appointment and if u “can” provide treatment or do diagnosis in first instance why ask another appointment.

After struggling to find a gp in Mill Park I was reccomeded APC. Everything was easy, the doctor was understanding and she spent the time explaining everything required to me even though I thought my questions were silly, she didn't make me feel this way at all.Post the initial consult a stressful situation had me require the doctor on short notice which they were accommodating. Never have I found a doctor that was understanding and helpful like Dr Hemsley. I am so glad I have found this clinic and would reccomend them to anyone. I feel confident they will not just look after my health but my families.

At the end of an of a difficult year, I would like to say thank you to all the staff at APC. The reception team have been friendly and helpful at all times. Dr Roslyn Rayner was brilliant when I needed help, and Dr Hassaram has been wonderful over the past 12 months. She has supported my gradual recovery from a work place injury. She has listened with empathy and provided excellent referrals to allied health professionals. At a time in my life when much has been in turmoil it has been a godsend to have found such a capable and caring doctor. Thank you all, so very much. Alex Davern.

I will give them zero star if I can. This clinic does not care about their patients. All what they care about is money. Especially Dr Christina Illing, she asks you to book an appointment for nothing and all what she cares about is to book another appointment. I needed a help from another doctor with a document and he did every thing wrong for me and they took the whole fee.

Dr Christina Illing is amazing! So caring and understanding, and really takes the time to listen and understand. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door as she makes sure everything is addressed in my appointments. I don't mind waiting if the clinic is running a bit late as I know when I'm seen it will be worth the time. Thank you Dr.Illing

I have seen 4 doctors here and they all have been brilliant and able to confidently (and accurately) diagnosis and resolve my daughters issues. Not sure if we are allowed to name doctors but Dr Lisa Mifsud was excellent with my daughter. A brilliant clinic for a baby, it is even free for under 12 year olds.

This is by far the best surgery in Melbourne The docs are fantastic in particular Leanne cole, Melanie Hemsley and the nurses I can’t rate them high enough. The receptionists are all very friendly and always have a smile!

Practitioners here not interested in dealing with DVA health assessments. Receptionist was at least helpul in finding out if doctors at the clinic would provide this service (which they wouldn't).

Lazy diagnoses twice and charged for double constellation on both occasions which has cost me so much more than just their fees... only interested in the quick in and out and the almighty dollar.

After 35 years of using this clinic its not about patients its about money my family will be now looking for a alternative practice Shame used to be a great clinic

Not only doctors are amazing but also administrators and nurses are absolutely beautiful and caring towards the patients. Clinic where you are well taken care of.
