Terrible customer service.. A few years ago we went to this store to purchase a pair of dress shoes for my sons Communion . On the day of the event one of my sons shoe came apart. The heel came apart from the shoe. It was pretty embarrassing moment. We took some photos, which I no longer have them to show you, but we contacted the store and spoke to the manager and sent them the photos. They replied after a few days and the manager was very rude to us. Basically they blamed my son for damaging the shoe. I kindly asked for an exchange at least, he just declined., when I mentioned to him about writing a review about this situation he got very aggressive . This is not the way to treat customers. Don’t buy any boys shoes in this place cuz they might come apart.

Went to the boutique in order to buy a baptism dress, a communion suit and order bonbonaires The cashier had no clue to what product they sell and what is on their website. When I asked for specific dresses she did not know or stated the owner keeps dresses at her house??? The owner was busy with other customers for communion dresses. I was second person in the shop but over looked constantly and never served and always chasing staff down. I did not buy a dress with shoes I did not even get to the suits and was told bonbonaires take 4- 6 weeks!, Horrible service which I never get at the other places in Woodbridge. I will spend my money elsewhere

I had been anxiously awaiting the arrival of my baby to have a reason to go into this store as I admired it everytime I drove by. As a new mom and local business owner I eagerly introduced myself to the clerk behind the register only to receive a very cold handshake. She didn’t even take a moment to ask if I needed any help finding anything in the store. I felt so unwelcome that I couldn’t bring myself to purchase a thing even though their clothing is lovely! As someone who highly values customer service I was very disappointed.

Very rude lady at the front desk. Bizarre experience! I drove all the way, making my second trip at the store with my kids to get their outfits. All I asked was for additional 15mins so the kids could try them on, as I’ve driven for 50mins to get there. The lady stating herself as the owner disagreed and said she wants to close at 5pm sharp and did not bother loosing the business worth $650. Unprofessional and unbelievable, no business owner would deal with a client and her whole family on site like this.

I was looking for Communion Dresses for my Twins. It was my first time ordering from this store and website. Tons of selection, great quality, great prices and fast delivery. The dresses and the rest of items I ordered arrived in excellent condition. The owner Marina was so patience, helpful and nice from the beginning when I reached out inquiring about availability because I needed two of everything. I highly recommend Angel Boutique and I will go back again.

My husband and I shopped here for our ring bearers for our wedding and we could not have loved them more! Marina was super helpful when finding sizes for the babies as they were going to be growing leading up to the date. She ordered two sizes for a set of parents to test out! I also purchased both of my god-son's baptism outfits here and they looked incredibly cute for their big days. Will definitely purchase again!

I got my daughter’s communion dress and I went on a off season when I knew I’d avoid the madness, we where the only ones there, we go just the right amount of customer service and I bought a beautiful gown at a very reasonable price! If you want attention go on off day or off season months ,you’ll find what your looking for and you’re most definitely will get good costumer service! 10/10 for me! 5* hands down!!!

I have been coming to Angel Boutique for several years for all my family’s precious milestones and sacraments. They have the most beautiful outfits, shoes, accessories and religious trinkets… a one stop shop! What really sets this store a part from the others is their amazing customer service. I loved my experience shopping at Angel Boutique for my daughter's Baptism! Marina was super helpful in getting specific bombonieres completed within 2 weeks, which turned out absolutely beautiful! I entered store at 4.50 lady told me store close at 5 pm and rush it. I asked her kids need to try cloths and she said I don’t care store close at 5 pm. When I asked you work here she said I am the owner. I was about to purchase $600 worth of cloths and she didn’t care about it, she was behind we close at 5 pm. Worst customer service ever won’t recommend to anybody.

I went in with my daughter just yesterday for her first communion and we loved her store! She has so many dresses and they are all beautiful. The owner Maria is very kind and helpful and was so great with my daughter. Her dresses are great quality and I highly recommend Angel Boutique. I will go back there when my son has his first communion.

The store is perfection!! So helpful they made my son's baptism . It is local to me so I didn't have to drive out to Woodbridge I found everything I was looking for and great quality too. Because I have a newborn I called around, I even took him in with me. Staff was amazing . Can't say enough about this store. Client for life.

Customer Service was horrible. There was only one person working there and I was trying to find a communion dress and she did not show any support in helping us find one. My daughter had to use the washroom and she told me that there is no washroom in the place, which I find it hard to believe. I left the store very unhappy.

Tremendous selection and friendly, helpful service. This place really saved us as our original dress was experiencing shipping delays and would not be guaranteed to arrive by our event date. We were able to buy a dress off the rack as well as our accessories including shoes and veil. Thank you so much Angel Boutique!

I had a lovely first time experience at the boutique. I was shopping for my son’s baptismal gown. The shop has lots to choose from. It’s an expensive boutique but I’m glad there’s a clearance section. I was able to find a beautiful outfit for a price within my budget. The cashier was very helpful too.

We have shopped here for 2 weddings, for our son (under 2). We find that the attention to detail, is unmatched. Although he wore both outfits, once, they were both great selections, and that is all thanks to the help from the owner herself. When shopping for his future events, we will only shop here.

Terrible Customer service. Store is overly packed. Came in, asked a question thinking someone would assist me. The two people "working" stayed behind the cash sitting and gossiping. Tried to get their attention but would just continue their conversation. Spend your hard earned money else where.

Came here with my niece for a first communion dress and was pleasantly surprised with the selection, accessory options, and decor that made for some cute photos & memories. The lady that worked there was nice and not pushy which we appreciated. Highly recommend checking this place out!

The worst customer service. No assistance at all we were completely ignored and my daughter left very upset. Don’t waste your time looking for a dress here unless you want to be ignored and left to help yourself. I would give 0 stars if I could.
