Updated: I bring my daughter (2yrs) frequently here now, today I was served by Holly for my haircut and Jenny for my little girls, omg the service and patience these 2 girls have honestly beyond words, my daughter was very very fidgety today and didn’t want to keep her head still but Jenny was very calm and gave her the most perfect haircut. Holly is really really good too very talented and very quick, they both worked so well together giving me and my daughter a haircut the same time. I love bringing my daughter here because we feel so welcome all the girls here are so friendly. Had a cut & blow dry with Becky. If I could give six stars I would- she gave me an amazing hair cut, exactly what I wanted, really knows her stuff! So pleased!

Visited Angels recently and requested a price for full head of highlights and was told £65, upon paying the price had changed to £85. I was told that a surcharge of £20 was additional due to Covid 19, however I was not told about this until payment even though I had confirmed the price TWICE. I had an awful experience all in all, my hair is a complete mess by the hairdresser Jenny which I seriously doubt she is I was left with a 2 inch root and an orange box on the back of my hair. This is a truthful account of my experience, ladies be warned prices were made up, no experience in hairdressing, no professionalism, do not go!!! I do not want a reply from the owner.

Wow!! What a find. Used via Groupon, with teen daughter. The salon is literally buzzing with activity and action. So friendly and accommodating, very much a family like feel, and new customers welcomed into the fold. Both had shellac toes done beautifully by Amy, who's a star . My moody Margaret had cut n blow and she was uncharacteristically happy . They even managed to squeeze me in for an extra curly blow, as feeling left out!! They have offers on instore, with 3 treatments for £30 , so able to have full pampering at bargain price! Will most definitely be back and thank all the wonderful staff!!

I've had worst worst worst experience in this shop ever in my life so far. I doubt with the cleanliness here. When a lady washed my hair in the basin another lady came and washed her hand in the basin my hair in sinking into, I was totally shocking! Really unprofessional, unbelievable.....After that, I sat crossing my legs as that is comfortable, then that lady told me not to cross my leg for no reason?!! Then I did, because I didn't want to waste my time to listen to your reason, but this is really rude! Would not advise to go here if you want to have a good mood in a good day.

If you want a high end equivalence London Salon in Liverpool, look no further. I am here with Family. 18 months of lockdown in London. Hair a total disaster, but transformed by JENNY. I use very expensive stylist in London, but JENNY surpassed all of them today and astounded me, with her skill. This lady is very gifted.and deserves praise. There truly are no words. Thank you. The Salon has a wonderful ambiance, staff are kind and professional. ZOEY the owner has made a great experience happen for me and I feel feminine again. Thank you all very much . Dr. Karen.

Been there yesterday to do my nails ,my 8 year old daughter would do them better.When told I'm not happy with it the owner offer that lady will try to do something with them.Sat down for about 20 seconds and all I heard was sorry its your fault etc.Very unprofessional girls ,talking about me on the phone with the owner and keep saying "she's still here,she's just there.... Very very rude!!!!The only person who was nice and polite in there was Rebecca.Not recommended to anyone, waste of money and time.

I had a hair cut here recently and after I washed my hair and blow dried it straight myself the following day, I could see there is a section of my hair they forgot to cut as it is still over 2 inches longer then the rest of the hair that I had chopped off. I didn't notice it at the time because the hair was styled. Make sure you check your hair has been cut properly before leaving the premises!

My first visit to this salon, but I'll definitely be going back! Lovely friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door. All of the staff are friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Love my hair now it's had the cut it so desperately needed! Prices are very good and there's lots of offers available. Very happy customer. Thankyou Meghan!

Visited for the 1st time today for shellac nails on a Groupon voucher. Didn't have the colour I wanted but Beth helped me choose another lovely colour. Such a lovely girl! Really pleased with my nails. Staff in salon really friendly I'll definitely go back. Thanks Beth …

Staff couldn't be bothered. The nail technician was bad. My granddaughter could have painted my nails better. The thumb had a tiny blob on the end centre and this chipped of over night 2 days later and quite a few chips. Won't be going there again

Had a skin test for my eye brows , had a test to see if my hair could take bleach told Me they would ring me in an hour so disappointed I'm still waiting, apparently they don't want my money that's fine I'll hopefully give it to someone else

Been to this salon many times my hair is always done lovely and I get shellac nails and as it’s the summer I got my fingers and toes done today for my cruise and I feel a million dollars many thanks

Just had my hair done by the brilliant Jenny! When I went in she asked me what I wanted, to which I replied, a miracle! She certainly didn't fail! Amazing! Faultless! Definitely got my custom!

The Angels always make you feel so comfortable and at home. I had my hair coloured and restyled by Jen yesterday, she listened to what I wanted and I loved the result!! xx

Fitted me in last minute on a Sunday and done an amazing blow dry it lasted days and I loved it! The staff were really nice people. Highley recommend this salon xx

Terrible! Mums hair was patchy and the boss refused to admit the problem. £50 later and we had to give up and get the hair fixed at a more experienced salon.

Why do the staff and customers think they can just abandon their car's outside here, I'm surprised no-one has been injured by on coming traffic …
