I used afterpay here and it stuffed up my account, the whole set up was completely off, saying I needed the full amount in my in-store barcode and then they take the FULL PRICE off of it, but at every other store you just need 25% of the full price for the 1st purchase payment. (and I know this because I'm a frequent AFTERPAY user :) During this time the lady who served me was super helpful, and she shared that there were other people who had come across this issue and wasn't aware why it was like that, but the other staff there were looking at me rudely telling me that's how it works there and I couldn't get a refund I had to call afterpay to get a refund BUT I have done a refund in-store before with an employee who helped me, and afterpay has told me that I need to do it with the store directly. So moral of my story is I wouldn't shop there again AFTERPAY or not, because it seems as if they're using it wrong or have no idea how to use it and defeats the whole purpose of afterpay. I STILL USED AFTERPAY and then paid the rest off full price? So technically I didn't do the whole "SHOP NOW - PAYLATER" I just paid half of it on afterpay and the rest upfront BOOOO.

Entered the store at 5pm today 13th November and the lady said hello which I replied back Hi. Then she stepped back to work on the computer. I stopped then we both looked at each other and as I was trying to say I wanted to look at Earings she says I said hello. Finding her extremely rude I just started looking myself. Then I decided to ask for male earnings which she then said they aren't there where I was looking which were clearly where the male earings were and said this is our range and got me looking at rings. I've never come across someone so rude before. I've done a couple of reviews before this which have been a while ago and I would say the lady at this store was the worst. Learn customer service skills and learn to be nice to get business cause she lost me to Goldmark who were absolutely brilliant.

Peta, was an apsolute amazing person to be served by, her customer service is unmatched and I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to go and give Peta a visit at Angus and Coote blacktown. I’m 100% positive that you will leave, amazed by her service, knowledge, positive attitude, honestly and excellent customer service. Deer manger, please note that Peta has done her job exceptionally well, please do not over look her actions. She is an asset to the company.

Came here after Bevilles across the way offended me by asking to hold my ID before trying on a chain (after having just paid in full for a very expensive item). Walked into Angus & Coote and was amazed at the difference in customer service. Have purchased a few items here since and am always pleased with the excellent service from the staff each visit. They also have a jeweller who can repair jewellery even if it was not purchased here unlike other places.

Would not recommend buying anything from here. VERY unethical sales especially by Peta, the assistant manager, rudest staff member I have ever had to deal with. Can't give straight answers to anything and gives you a runaround. Very dodgy. She should be ashamed of herself, what was meant to be a happy engagement for my sister is now turning into a very upsetting and stressful time. Been over a month and she still has no ring.

Very bad customer service, rude behaviour. I liked two watches and had to decide between them, but the customer service girl treated me like i was criminal or so. Bought the watches with very heavy heart. After watching their service I wanted to leave immediately without any purchase.

Marie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her unsurpassed knowledge and customer service is something sadly lost in these modern times. Marie you're an asset to Angus & Coote. Thank you for such a pleasurable experience.
