I moved to salt lake and wanted to get a primary care physician here as well. I called this office to make an appointment because online it said Ann Clark was accepting new patients. It was over 2 months before I could make a “new patient” appointment, which I was also told, over the phone, would replace my yearly physical. When it finally came time for my appointment it felt incredibly rushed by the doctor. She didn’t listen to all of my concerns because I needed another appointment to actually be my early physical. I also needed to have her prescribe my prescriptions so I didn’t have to drive to Provo to get them anymore. She didn’t say anything to me about changing my prescription but when I picked it up it was drastically different. I called in to see what the problem was and why she changed it without telling me. Trying to get in touch with her or her assistant was difficult. I was on hold for longer than 5 minutes each time I called in and then had to wait to hear back from the doctor. When I finally got in touch with her assistant she said that it was a mistake and she adjusted it but the prescription was still VERY different. She did not tell me she was changing it at all. I’ll have to pay for another prescription. I hope that my experience helps people make a better decision about choosing their primary physician.

Dr. Anne Clark is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The entire staff at the clinic are very nice. Clean office. I have severe stress/anxiety/depression whatever it is and I am able to get through my entire appt without breaking down. I don't think I was clear about that because we haven't been able to get to that yet. So far just being treated for my asthma. My recommendation is if you have something severe that you need treated before anything else, you need to be clear about that from the beginning. I was not and am regretting it so much since I can barely manage getting through a day. This is not their fault. I'm just hoping I can save someone the trouble I put myself through.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Clark for a long time now and I have to say I am so blessed to have her as my doctor. I’m neurodivergent so communicating isn’t the easiest for me but she is so patient while I work to find ways to explain things. I also have chronic and autoimmune disorders which she has helped SO much with. She also doesn’t EVER make me feel bad about my weight, she doesn’t shame me or push me to only focus on bad diets that will only make me sick, she just encourages me to get to a place that I feel best at, regardless of the number on my scale. I’m truly happy that I’ve been able to work with her and I’m hoping I can keep her as my doctor for years to come.

Dr Clark came very highly recommended and reviews were unanimously positive. I was very disappointed that she was strictly AMA-standard of practice-by the book. For instance, she told me the standard of care for osteoporosis was biophosphonates, although I have done a lot of research, and know they have been demonstrated to increase bone brittleness. She would not discuss any alternatives. I was also quite disappointed that she did not appear interested in me as a person. I felt her focus was on how quickly she could get to her next appointment. Needless to say, I am going to try another doctor.

She’s very caring and kind, she has her moments of wanting to just rush things to get on with her day/rushing to the next appointment on her list and her moments of not wanting to just sit and listen to understand what your trying to explain while she talks over you. But most of the time she shows she cares by smiling, asking deep questions and referring you to those she believe will help you. Although she has referred me once to someone who didn’t take my insurance, above all she’s genuine and tries her best.

Dr. Clark is so thorough and makes sure that my plans are clearly communicated. As busy as she is, I don't feel rushed and that is so refreshing. When she steps in, she know me and my history. which means everything. It is an indicator of the care she has for her patients and that we're not just a number passing through. It also indicates that she values the time we spend at appointments so they are productive. I would recommend her to anyone!

As always, Dr. Clark was very attentive and caring. She has been very patient with my unusual needs and is incredibly knowledgeable about each symptom and concern. She always puts me at ease with her kind and straightforward discussions and suggestions. I'm 65 and honestly feel she is the very best doctor I have ever seen.

Truly never in my life has a doctor been more thorough and amazing. I had a bunch of concerns and questions and she really helped me out. Super thankful for her teaching and pointing me in the right direction regarding what research says and doesn't say and helping me to make informed decisions! I'm very thankful for her!

As a retired practice administrator and consultant, I can honestly say that Dr. Clark is not only an excellent clinician, she is also one of the most caring and insightful physicians I have ever had the pleasure to know. I visited with Dr. Ann Clark. She was kind and spoke to me in a way that I felt she cared. She’s was thorough and non-judgmental. I appreciate the way I was able to be open to her. She broke things down so I had a better understanding of needed to be done so we could get my surgery on the ball.

She did thorough exam -made suggestions but never followed through/I had to call several times to get her suggestions ordered. My gym recommended mri for breast cancer screening and Ann felt that was excessive test-turned out mri was positive for breast cancer...I won’t return as her patients.

Worst Dr. visit ever!!!!! Waist of time & money/co-pay. Would not give me prescription that I desperately needed, instead referred me to a Dr. that did not take my insurance. I had a question & it was very rushed, felt like just another number. NO STARS!!! I had to do one star to post this.
