Tonight, for the second time in eight months, I was treated shabbily by the staff at this store. My wife and I walked in at approx 6:00 pm (they close at 7:00 pm) and were the only customers in the store. There were two employees mulling around and neither one approached us nor acknowledged our presence. As we searched for a gift for my wife's boss a third employee walked in from the back and when she saw me, she turned on her heel and disappeared from whence she came. We decided on a $60 scarf and took it to the check-out area. We stood and waited 5-10 minutes while employee #1 folded merchandise and #2 stayed busy avoiding our looks. Finally, employee #1 came over to check us out and snapped an answer to my wife's inquiry about gift wrapping. Believe me, there will NEVER be a next time. I can't understand a snobby attitude coming from someone who makes $10 per hour. (I gave the store 2 stars only because my wife loves their stuff.) Their goods seem over-priced to me. After the update in staff in April of 2016 there has been an abruptly positive vibe in the store. The staff is professional, pleasant and attentive. I am an avid proponent of looking your best and this is the only place that gives me service on par with couture establishments without the exaggerated price tag.

Worst service ever, a very rude staff, a lady practically following us arround the shop make in if feel very uncomfortable, when we go to pay told us tha "there is cheaper clothes in Walmart" we paid and leave never come back again to this place. I do not recomend it.

Unlike the previous review, I found everyone at Ann Taylor extremely friendly and helpful. ey were readily available if we needed a different size or color. The merchandise is always top grade and I have been an Ann Taylor friend for years.

I spend a lot of money in this store every time I show up and for some reason I don’t get a greeting, seriously I’ve been a customer for twenty plus years and the staff at this location are the worst. Do better. Fire everyone and start over.

The people that work in this place is very rude and have a very bad attitudes seems like the lady in charge have some pain or live in some kind of hostile environment. they should be train to have better custoner service.

Staffs are very rude. They’re protected by district manager even through I’ve called to complaint. Now I know why they’ve been rude to a lot of customers and nothing happened. I will never go back to this store again.

Nice clothes for work. Not really my style of clothing but is a great place if you need something high end and the prices are decent for designer. Cute yet classy accessories are available too.

Saturday morning staff (4/9/16) was very friendly and helpful. I've shopped at other locations and usually have to chase them down to look for an item or check out.

I came in on Christmas Eve, just before closing on a quest to find something festive to go with a LBD I had decided on wearing to a party that night.
