Sadly a bad experience here. They're friendly and efficient.. if you look the part. I live locally and popped in in my trackie bottoms, as you do over Christmas, to pick up my prescription. A toothpaste prescription of all things. I was made to feel like a criminal - they were whispering about me, asked me 3 times what I was waiting for and the guy told the lady "make sure you get the money first." Very odd behaviour for a local pharmacy.

Cannot fault the service, having cancelled my Boots tests due to them being 4 days late I was recommended Anna Pharmacy, got tested at 2pm and results were in my in box with a fit to fly by 7am the next day. Do not waste your time with Randox, Boots and other Covid testers, complete peace of mind and very easy. Cannot recommend highly enough.

New to the area. Initially tried Boots but it was impossible to get through to them on the phone so opted for Anna Pharmacy which picked up the phone straightaway and was so helful. Staff re excellent. Friendly, polite and efficient and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Anna's is one of the chemist's in this little area, and they are the best by far. There is the big name Pharmacy's there too and they are so much better hands down. Anna's are friendly, reliable and they go out of their way to help you. Keep up the great work all the team.

So helpful, phoning doctors when prescrition was not through, really trying to help with the care of my terminally ill Mother-in-Law; made my husband feel that his mother was a valued member of siciety, really comiserated when she passed.

Always helpful and very caring when comes to sensitive topics. Never gets my prescriptions wrong and have been going for 2 years now, the staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and I always leave there with a smile on my face!!

Great customer service, over and above what I expected when I needed an emergency prescription for my baby. Called around, found the item so I could collect it straight away. Would highly recommend.

Sells a wide variety of toiletries and medicines. Service sometimes a bit slow, especially when they're busy, but the staff are friendly and helpful.
