Anthropologie boasts it has a new plus size section with extended sizes (A+) on their website. Certain stores have a larger selection including this location. I planned to visit them as a part of my Houston trip. (It's difficult to find a store that has plus size clothes for those that don't know). Super excited, I walked in ready to spend the money I saved. Guess what happened, the A+ plus section was a small rack shoved in the back of the store behind home good. It held about 15 pieces of clothes varying sizes. Talk about devastated. I honestly had to hold back the tears. Why would Anthropologie lie about their special A+ store in Houston? If you don't have it, don't advertise it. Don't recommend this store at all. It will just break your heart.

The store is clean and nice. Employees and customer service Is good but severely lacking in sizes in store. I don't understand how you can get one or two XL in store. Also Anthropologie removed plus sizes. So we have to buy online then head to the store to return. Its frustrating when brands just don't give AF about people. Its Houston Texas you would think a large city would have better selection of clothes and sizes. please explain. This is why retail is dying. Anthropologie used to have the cutest selection of clothes and dresses. Now nothing grabs your attention and when you look for XL they are like sorry we only get sent one or two.

The ladies at the counter there are So nice and have a small town customer service quality to them even in the midst of a high end retail center. Alot of the other places like this have kids working in them that can barely force a smile, so it was refreshing to have a genuine experience with these ladies. They went out of their way to go through the perfume choices with me to help me find what works best for me. I'll be honest, I do like the perfume, but had they not been so friendly, I may have been less likely to make a purchase. Please keep these ladies around! They are wonderful!

Guaranteed that when you walk through the door, with an adequate number of staff working inside the store, no one would greet you or offer to help. You are lucky if you didn’t get a blank stare back at you. No joke! The corporate culture and hiring is so questionable, leaving such a bad taste. Overpriced cheap clothing and accessories can’t pay for retail customer service 101. UPDATE: tried to walk in again and gosh how consistent they are with being the most racist retail brand out there.

I’ve been shopping at this location many many times . But recent experience just killed any desire to come back ever again. I fell in love with the item and it was sold out everywhere except this store. They put it on hold for me, wrote down my name and contact information. Upon arriving to the store in morning(10.30 am) I found out that they sold it to someone else same morning right before I came to the store! Just horrible experience ever. Never coming back to this location again!!

Beautiful if pricey store with homewares, clothing, jewelry, kitchenware, cosmetic products, and even some stationery, all in a beautifully laid out space. You'll always find something out of the ordinary here - great place for gift shopping or just for something special for yourself. Lovely seasonal items and in the holiday seasons they go all-out with beautiful window displays.

We drove all the way out here yesterday evening and they were closed. Their hours on the Anthropologie website and on Google both said they would be open until 9. We made the long drive, got there a little after 6pm and the hours at the door said they closed at 6. Maybe update those hours? Not a nice look.

Let me just say, complete 360 experience here than the River Oaks location of Anthropologie! They are so kind, helpful and the store is wonderful all around! If you are visiting Anthropologie absolutely choose this store over the other!!

Disappointed that the only Anthropologie store in Houston no longer sells the Anthro+ in store. You can only it order online. Some of us like the ability to shop in store AND online. This is a big miss!

The staff is always helpful and friendly. Their sale rack is huge and they have a really nice petite selection. I prefer in store than online shopping here because of shipping issues with LSO.

Very cute stuff, clean stylish place, loved the atmosphere..but nobody welcomes customers entering the store nor saying bye to who is leaving The prices was over even with the sale still high

The staff isn’t that friendly and no one greeted us on the way in or at all while we shopped (so different from LA!). Otherwise they have some pretty nice styles and some nice candles

Nice shop with fun womens clothes. I was expecting more home decor. Maybe some of their other locations have a larger selection.
