I used to love anthropologie but lately ... not so much. I purchased wallpaper online and then after receiving it I found the exact same one on amazon for less than half the price. On the website it does not say how to return it so I called. They said in the store and online. So I thought I would take a drive to Jacksonville to return it and look around. The store was pretty much empty and four people were working so I asked about returning it. Yet, the man assisting me was fairly rude and snappy to me as if returning it was going to cause him a lot of trouble (which I would understand if the store was busy.. but it wasn't...?). Was in the store today and asked the cashier if she could price match a Capri Blue diffuser that was $10 less online. She said no and as soon as I looked it up I found this on their website “Occasionally we offer website-exclusive promotions, but we will gladly match anthropologie.com prices in our stores”. I recommend all staff being trained on store policies or if you’re unsure ask a fellow employee or manager. I was the only customer in line so there was plenty of time for her to give me the correct answer.

When I was at the Town Centre a couple weeks ago, it started to rain really hard. I wanted to go into anthropologie but they had LOCKED THEIR DOORS to me and another woman trying to get in. I pulled on the door a few times because it was unbelievable that all the staff would just stand there ignoring us trying to get in. Pathetic! I'll have trouble buying anything from any anthropologie ever again. Sad. Please don't lock your customers out to avoid having to mop, it's your job.

Today, November 12th, 2022 weird customer service agents that followed me and my pregnant wife around the store the whole time we were there, felt racially motivated, but i guess i can't prove that. I get that stores should have theft prevention policies, but having someone follow you around the store the whole time is the incorrect way to do it. Put a camera and monitor that. that way people don't have to be harassed by your staff the whole time. It's uncomfortable.

Ordered 2 candles by mail for Christmas gifts, they shipped them and came broken. They were not packed well at all. Took them back here and they said most every candle shipped arrives broken. They refunded my card cause they didn't have the one I needed. Told me I could look around if I want and went on to next customer. I went right on out the door to go find 2 new gifts as a deadline.

All my candles smell as close to Anthropologie candles as possible. I can't often afford the real deal, but y'all know what I mean. It's gotta small like an expensive tangerine had a baby with a drier sheet and that baby grew up to be a boutique candlemaker that rendered their own fat into the wax of bees fed strictly on tangerine blossoms over an active volcano aloha.

I had a wonderful time with excellent suggestions and service from Mickey, she was the sweetest person and helped me find the most perfect jeans. I have always loved this store for its unique collection of clothing, accessories, jewellery and an extensive array of housewares. I would definitely say that this is in my top 5 of stores to shop at!

You have to be careful because we bought cups that had been broken and glued back together. When you buy that for more than $20, it's really dishonest. When we went back the next day, they exchanged them without a fuss...,.., But we had to go back and we live 40 minutes away....

Beware Holiday Christmas hours for the store are NOT correct on Google. There was 5 clients trying to get in last night at 7pm and they closed, manager was very rude, and the website said they were open until 9pm. I drove all the way out for nothing. Poor customer service

For the dudes, there is a pretty comfortable couch in the middle of the store. Would give more stars if there were more seats. Everything is expensive. I mean everything. Try to convince your girl to go somewhere else unless you got skrilla to burn.

The ladies here do a good job keeping the store looking organized and interesting. My wife frequents here, enjoying their clothing styles, especially there off rack slaes section in the back. This store has some glorious finds hidden there.

Its a hit or miss here. Sometimes the staff is awesome and helpful but others you just get zero acknowledgement. Lulu the brand is GREAT, but so expensive. Average is about 100 for one pair of leggings. OK store overall.

This use to be my favorite place to shop! Such a disappointment now! The Jacksonville store has the most unfriendly staff and the customer service via anything online is a joke!

Nice clothes for the ladies 40+. If you can not find your size or selection look at their web site. You can order and return any clothinh from the comfort of your home.

I love anthro. Staff speaks and is willing to assist if you ask first, but i don't mind that. I took off the stars because they don't carry any plus sizes in store.
