No couch after 18 weeks. When I went into the store and picked it out I Mentioned that I saw online reviews of no communication and delays. I was told that that had all been worked out with new vendors. But it's hasn't. Also the couch itself (Katrina) has all high reviews, but as you will notice, they are all from 2020-probably because no one has one since then) and some were 2nd tries. I have tried to post on the Antrho website on the couch I ordered but they won't publish my review, which makes me know that their negative reviews don't get published. I also tried to change the color after the color swatch I was supposed to receive in mail never came and I drove down to get it and it was not the same as it looked online. Even though it was the exact same type of fabric and cost, they would not make the change without cancelling and starting over. They have NO relationship with their vendor and won't say who it is. They also said it was made No Carolina but after the 3rd delay update they said it was delayed due to the storms in Texas. They still haven't started my couch. and it's at least a month out from now. So, if you want to wait 6 months for a couch with no updates and likely lies for reviews, go for it.

Absolutely love the rug I ordered but the process was a nightmare. The scheduling service was not pleasant at all. I got a call and email everyday for a week and a half and when I would talk to an agent they would tell me next week they would call me to schedule and then what do you know, the next day another phone call telling me the same thing. When I asked way in advance about delivering on a Saturday they said I had to wait until the week if the delivery to schedule it. When they finally had my rug ready they said they could not deliver it on a Saturday for another 2 weeks. On top of that I had to pay $150 for shipping for one $350 rug. That's rediculous, I couldn't even ship it to the store for free and pick it up and the "free shipping for memebers" did not apply to this item. You're $150 flat rate shipping is a joke. The guy who delivered it was great, but the fact that I had to just deliver it to my managers office and then I had to unpack it and place it myself because they could not schedule for Saturday was even more dissapointing for a $150 shipping fee. I love the rug but the rest of the process is awful and makes me not want to ever order from you again.

Came in yesterday 8/11 around 10:45am in need of something to wear for a wedding I was attending that same day, I had 2 hours to find something to wear and get ready. I had a last minute wardrobe issue that left me with nothing to wear that fit the wedding requested attire. The staff attending to the dressing rooms were amazing when I told them about my predicament (I’m so sorry I forgot your names, my brain was overwhelmed) They really understood what I needed and went above and beyond to help me find it. They continuously checked in to see how the clothes I picked fit, helped me try to zip zippers picked out outfits for me and I believe even pulled items from the stock room to get me what I needed. To my delight they found the cutest jumpsuit that fit like a glove, it was my style & hit the mark for the requested dress code. Y’all are the best! I needed support in that moment and I thank you for helping me feel confident for an important family event.

I called to see if they had The Mighty Patch and the girl who answered the phone was amazing. She said yes, put me on hold to double check, and then let me know the price and the quantity of the item without me even asking. I actually was leaving the review while I was in line and when I checked out the girl who answered my call was helping. Her name is Sarah and she’s awesome! If you’re reading this, you were incredibly helpful, nice, and i appreciate your help! You’re killing it. This is the first time I’ve ever set foot into an Anthropology, honestly, but I wouldn’t have come if Sarah wouldn’t have answered the phone. I can’t speak for their clothing or any item besides The Mighty Patch, but the customer service was legit and that’s very important to me. I’ll be back for this item for sure.

I really like anthropologie’s selection of clothing because it’s really beautiful and unique. The staff isn’t the most friendly unless you want to try on clothes and buy something. The last time I was there an associate greeted me and asked if she knew me. I introduced myself and told her my name. For the rest of the time that I was in the store which was quite a while she continued to call me the wrong name even though I corrected her two more times. I think my favorite thing about Anthropologie is their candles. They are unlike anything other and they smell so good! Are they extremely overpriced? Absolutely. Will I continue to buy them? Absolutely.

This is a nice location, nice store, most of the employees are nice. This place is pretty expensive unless you can find a great steal in clearance. There is a lot of variety, they sell mainly clothes here but you can find other items such as kitchenware, bedroom items, body care, accessories, gifts and stationary. This would be a great place to check out if you are looking for a gift. It is a "hip" store as the kids say, so your teenager would most likely love clothes or anything from here.

there's nothing about this store that I don't like... except that it's closed on Sunday, but I understand why. Customer service here is better than other stores I have been to.. And I usually walk into the local anthro wherever I go. Here there are always friendly, helpful, smiling faces from walking in, to the dressing rooms and checking out. Even when I end up doing returns (order a lot online, too), I don't get "attitude", like some other places. Thanks, City Creek Anthropologie!

This is my first negative review I've had to leave but I was super disappointed yesterday while visiting Anthropology for the first time. The young ladies working were super snooty and could definitely use some customer service training. I was looking for a white dress for my engagement photos and tried engaging with several employees but none of them could care less what I needed and how they could help me. I left feeling super frustrated and I honestly never want to go back.

After each of FOUR incorrect deliveries to the wrong address, I called twice and visited the store once to correct my address—all three times I was assured it was fixed. I gave up when I received a text message with a picture (attached) of my expensive, custom made Fan Pleat Chair sitting in the middle of the wet, dewy lawn, uncovered for hours at the WRONG ADDRESS. By the time I arrived it had a stain on the seat cushion. And the best news—it's not their fault! Awesome.

Beautiful clothing and furnishings, but very expensive. I ordered a number of dresses to try on and return. BIG MISTAKE! Their return label states that once the carrier has the package to expect a return in 7-10 days. It's been over 6 weeks and my returns haven't been processed. Additionally, when I emailed customer support about an update on the delay they indicated to me to be patient. Overall, this was a terrible customer experience.

Was given items from this store as a gift that we wanted to return. Employees informed us we could do an in store exchange for the value of the items as we did not have a receipt. After spending multiple hours finding new items to replace the value of the gifts we went to check out and they told us we couldn't do it. No explaination why or anything. What a waste of time. Will not be returning again.

Gorgeous store with amazing products. Very cute gift ideas here! The store is very expensive, however you can find some great deals on some items. This is a great place to get design inspiration. Also, this is so random but the shopping bag they put your items in when you check out is such a nice bag! Haha I keep all my Anthropology bags and re-use them.

I went to BHLDN Beverly Hills and had a phenomenal experience. Anthony was my stylist & was absolutely amazing. I told him what type style & price range I was looking for & he put something together that I loved & bought that day. He was so helpful & this was by far my best experience at a bridal shop. Came in today and was helped by a wonderful gentlemen named Dirk. Dirk was very kind, extremely helpful and genuine. Even with the business of the store dirk was willing to go the extra mile and help us locate a coat we were wanting online and even found it in store. He made our shopping experience! I love their kitchen items. I usually skip right over the clothes and go straight to the kitchen area. They have such cute, unique, high quality kitchen utensils. I have measuring cups from over 8 years ago that are still like brand new. Definitely my go to store for kitchen accessories.

This store is a woman's dream. I followed around like a good husband should! I didn't join The other husbands sitting in the chairs, but could have, thanks to them having sitting areas. Plenty of party dresses We didn't purchase. Plenty of other nick nacks. We like walking through it.

Something about this mall.. worst customer service ever! I shopped around anthro on a slow day, was one of two customers in the store. I almost bumped elbows with multiple employees and was not once greeted. The only acknowledgment that I received was when I asked for a dressing room.

Poor customer service! I recently made a few orders and the products have since gone on sell. Anthro would not honor the price match because it had been 3 weeks. The time frame to match is 2 weeks. Disappointed. I will be sticking with Nordstrom for any of the same products.

I'll never again buy from them online. They sent me damaged wedding dress, I returned it because of poor quality and they charged me for it. I have contacted them multiple times and I still haven't gotten an answer from them. Very poor customer service.

The store has a very unique modern vibe to it I would say that it’s a very trendy store that it’s very target oriented for folks that are into style and fashion. I really like the way the store is decorated. I’m not a fan of the very high prices.
