a few weeks ago, i visited an antique market on Ottawa street and to my luck when prompted to review my Very recent experience i just (ASSumed) it was the antique mall i had visited that day ..the one run by an Asian family...That being said, I Sincerely Apologize to AntiqueAvenue and Any associates for Any unjust negative comments...I was in Antique Avenue several times before and i Always had a Positive experience, and i hope they accept me back as a customer when i fess up

New to the idea of antiquing, I looked up places to go in the area and this was a real find. Of course, as a rookie I made the mistake of not picking up something when I found it, and of course it was gone when I got back! As I said, rookie mistake. Go as often as I can to see what's new. Only thing I would change is the people working there could be a little more interactive.

I had 5 boxes of stuff. I asked him if he wanted to run out to the car to take a peek before I carried it all in. He said he didn't want to but he would help me carry it out. He helped me carry out one box. Hes also a scam- offered 10 for 5 items- i sold two of the items for 20.00. Go to Robert's Closet beside here- hes a nice guy!.

Even one star is too much. Too bad there is no zero star rating. I don't know if the people I dealt with were owners or just low life staff but if their behaviour is any indication of their business acumen, they are destined for the trash heap of Hamilton north.

I always make sure I stop in to this place every time I'm in Hamilton. The go-to place got any mid century modern needs. They also have a selection of records. Pay for parking on the roadways in Hamilton, every day except for Sundays and holidays.

  • Janis Criger

Carefully curated, high quality mid-century modern furniture plus small items and an impressive collection of pre-loved vinyl LPs. Not cheap but the prices reflect the quality of the large items. They are made of lovely woods and nice fabrics

Original Mid century modern furniture in various configurations and sizes. Lots of unique ceiling lamps and 2 aisles of records. The furniture is not priced at a steal but if you are looking for good quality & well maintained pieces, this

Huge inventory. Not much editing—chairs range from $100 to $5000. Prices are hit or miss. Found some bargains, but a couple of finer “name” pieces were twice what they should have been. Huge vinyl selection. Definitely worth a visit.

A lot of items spanning a vast range of styles and time periods. Furniture, knick-knacks, whatnot. Prices are all over the place, some fantastic, some not so great (subjective, surely). Large space, easy to move around.

  • Liam Morrison

Great vinyl selection, some good unique antiques. Furniture selection is good too didnt look at any prices. Workers are strange but what else would you expect at an underground antique store

  • evelyn morrallee

I mostly go here for the records, but they have a beautiful selection of MCM furniture and other antiques as well. They always have a great selection of vinyl at very fair prices.

Great store... the stock varies so good to check in once and a while. Sometimes I go and it's brilliant other times quite empty, I suppose that's the nature of the store! :)

  • Chris Ellerbeck

Amazing things. So much teak. So expensive, It's basically like shopping at Scan Decor but instead of everything being new Danish teak it's used. Still, nice place.

Love Antique stores and this place has alittle bit of everything! Trinkets and full sized antique furniture can be found here and a pretty fun place to walk around!

  • Dereck Gignac

Really fun place to visit. Lots of variety. Turnover is limited, So frequent visits don't yield much, but still great. Also a fantastic place to pickup some LPs.

  • David Birkner
