Currently, I'm on a search for the best burger in Kampala and after trying a couple of others and non has impressed me like old Nando's until today. I had a delicious chicken burger. Though it didn't impress my eyes in the beginning, it was the best so far. The services, on the other hand were sort of sloppy. Yes they brought my order fast enough but it didn't quite work well as the table didn't have a specific person to serve my folks and I. Drinks even came at the end of the mean. How bad is that! But I must say, their shwarma if excellent and their burger is worth eating too. It was a satisfactory and pleasant meal for the stomach and the tongue.

Terrible place. I ordered a shawarma and there was flies in the food. When the waitress named Maki brought my food she demanded for cash failing to take notice that I was on the phone. She came back again demanding for the cash and asked her to let me eat first. That's when she walked away..when she again came to collect the cash she asked why I didn't eat the French fries then I told her they had flies in them. She rudely walked away. Please don't eat from that Antonio's restaurant. You will get food poisoning and the hygiene standards are very poor.

I was served on Time and their food is affordable and so yummy. Besides that the place is kinda congested during lunch time hours as people Pop in to have delicious lunch,

I ordered the Chicken Fried Rice and it was delicious. The service has room for improvement. I had to wait for over 15 minutes for the food to be delivered. Also, when I arrived the table was still dirty and hadn't been cleaned from the previous customer. The atmosphere is generally stuffy, though there are fans at certain points in the seating area. The menu has a wide range of dishes - including local dishes, fast foods, Chinese dishes and Indian dishes.

Visited their location at New Pioneer mall. Friendly and efficient service. The food is okay. Pretty fair for the price point. Would not recommend the sausages.

Very slow to cook. At breakfast ordered bread and eggs and it wasn't busy in the restaurant it took over 30 minutes. I could have fried a 100 eggs in the time they took to fry two eggs. Waiter also not very sure he seemed to need much more training very slow and food served to me and people at the table all at different times with big gaps in between. Much needed improvement as a whole. Even it took more than 10 minutes to get the balance, slow slow

Asked for French toast and it came without cinnamon. When i asked one of the servers to get me cinnamon, she asked the head cashier who inclined to give her the cinnamon saying "We only use it on tea". It became a big deal that i just paid and left. My verdict was that the server was willing to give it to me but her colleague, the cashier lacked exposure to only thinking cinnamon is for tea only. Please train your stuff better.

It has good customer service and tasty food with a wide selection of dishes. Try it and you will .......

An very great place with pocket friendly eatery, the waiters and waitresses are super friendly and offer quick services. The meals are served in good portion as well. What I didn't understand is, how is one person the one allowed to have Wi-Fi password got me wondering. I think k it would mean well if other staffs could be given in case the owner steps out and a customer who is in dire walks in?

Just above the hustle and bustle of Kampala road. The noise on the streets below kinda hushes. The room is cool. No fancy cooking scents filling the room from the kitchen. As an eight months pregnant woman, I loved the place. Definitely recommended!

Antonio's Restaurant is strategically located at the bend of Bombo Road , close to Mapeera House just opposite Mabiriizi Comlex. It is a nice one-stop centre for city dwellers : have nice buffet , offer take-away and pizza services. It is a nice hook out place with your loved one especially on weekend. - Free WiFi -Good customer care -Tight security Give it a try

This place has lost most of its shine over the years. It used to be the place to eat. Now, it's an old dilapidated building badly in need of attention. The staff provides lackluster service and the quality of the food isn't as good as it was just 3 years ago. It's a shame because this place was amazing, especially their masalla chips. Now, they are not even worth the name.

I love the take away service here, I get to get my breakfast in time with no much hussle plus Antonio's always has better alternatives on which snack I would love to crush so I'm not at all times limited whenever I visit their cafeteria. Antonio's is a good snack place(especially for takeaways) for myself and the restaurant is not all that bad.

I enjoyed their meals and services. I've always come back here whenever I am in Kampala, Uganda. Their milkshake is my favourite although they also have so much delicious options available on their menu. The place is specious enough, cool, and recommend for all eateries. It is within town centre, with most of the other services at reach.

If you are sauntering about in the heart of Kampala and you feel like grabbing something to eat, Antonio's is the place for you. Fast food is available, as is stuff like icecream. I should warn you that since it is located in the thick of the city, it's not your ideal quiet place. But if you don't mind the buzz, what are you waiting for?

Terrible customer service, had to wait for one hour till someone showed up at my table. You have to seat yourself. It is rather a quick meet up point. Recommend to just order soft drinks because they are not delayed. Full meal will take up to 40min to 1hr of wait. I just hope they improve their customer services

Food is great and great customer care... The food is better than service. When you're packing snacks they should stop using their bare hands to hold the serviette.

Surely past it's best. Looks old and untidy. The the floor tiling needs to be changed. Badly needs a fresh coat of paint. Did not see toilets or maybe didn't see the sign pointing me to one. No parking if one has a car. Pricing is relatively cheap. Service was average. They serve a very good kebab though.

I loved my steak and buffalo wings. The ambiance was great. Customer care is a perfect thumbs up. My only advise to you is to get there as early as possible because some foods get finished up early. Otherwise my planB dish was great. Thank you Antonio's, I'll surely come back when I visit South africa.

Situated in a convenient spot in Kampala Center Business District, Antonio's restaurant is one good place to have breakfast, ice cream, lunch or dinner. Order in time, because processing orders often takes 20 minutes or more.

The place is nice. It has a lower section where you can sit and eat from which most people especially new people in town never get to know about. They have an offer of buy one large get one free medium pizza on Thursday.

The meal I had (fries and Kebab) was great however the tomato sauce tested weird. But it's a great place to be it is easily accessible, right in the middle of town. there are friendly waitresses.

When I entered the restaurant, the employees were there standing I took a seat and waited for over 5 minutes and no one was coming to me until I called one. The food is good but when it rains some of the places leak.

Good food at relevant prices. Nice place to go for a quick meal /snacks / ice cream / fruit juice. 3 stars because the place is hot!!! They need to install some fans or AC units in there to make it more ambient.
