I have been a member at the Mount Colah gym for several years now. The managers are always, friendly, approachable and helpful. My personal trainer, Nick, is excellent: experienced, knowledgeable, helpful, very aware on my individual needs. The other members are all friendly people and the atmosphere in the gym is conducive to working out as hard as you can and/or want to. Anytime Fitness Mount Colah is an great place to exercise.

First time back in the gym after lock down what a disappointment although they check your vaccination status it seems you can still work out in your sock and put your sweaty feet all over the bars that other people pick up with there hands, and wipe down the equipment with your sweaty towel instead of the wipes provided. The staff didn't seem to care about it. Very disappointed

Well it’s an Anytime Fitness franchise in Mt Colah. Doors about to open, but I’m taking the opportunity to add the first review to get some extra points from Google Maps! As far as a review goes, one great point is that there is plenty off street parking at the rear of the store.

What a great place, I've never been inside a gym before in my life so I was a little apprehensive,but Aiden the manager there made me feel at ease,and very welcome He Explained everything in detail, and set me up for a great experience. Thanks man.

A great place to train. Clean, COVID compliant & no egos that I've seen (No Instawankers....lol) Aiden is a great manager & walks the talk. I've had the pleasure of training with him & hope to do so again soon.

people doesnt seem to care to spread the sweat around equipments without wiping it, gym’s rules says no towel no train but majority of the member doesnt seem to bring any and staff doesnt care either.

When I used the gym it was a good location and kept clean. Tried to cancel membership over several months - no resopnse from the gym after months of emails and phone calls.

Loving this gym so far, glad it's open 24 hours again, downstairs carpark needs better lighting at night and a clean up
